In dem Wohnraum mit kleiner Couch und Esstisch befindet sich auch eine kleine Küchenzeile mit 2 Platten Herd, Geschirr, Kaffemaschine (Senseo), Mikrowelle usw. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hat die Größe 160x200. Als Verbindung zwischen den beiden Zimmern liegt das Duschbad. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Häuschen.

Der Fußweg zum Marktplatz beträgt ca. 5 Minuten. Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist untersagt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, vor dem Haus oder im seitlichen Garten auf der Bank zu rauchen.

South of Cologne's medieval gates in the south city is this room with its own entrance, hallway and bathroom. It is on the 3rd floor (no person, only cargo elevator) quietly out to the yard and has a spacious balcony. The room is intended for a person's stay. I'm only renting to individuals.
