Close to the city centre district of the residential and state capital, you’ll find our lovingly restored holiday apartment in our listed lakeside villa, centrally located yet situated on a quiet residential street. Enjoy your holiday in the smaller version with 71 m² for 1–2 people or the larger 81 m² version for 3–4 people, offering a direct view of Lake Ziegelinnensee – the starting point for numerous activities. Free parking is available directly in front of the house.

Our vacation home is located directly on Lake Ziegelsee. An absolute place of longing in nature! It was completed in 2021. Very nice natural stone floor downstairs, upstairs wooden floor, underfloor heating Functional kitchen, Miele dishwasher. We have a washing machine with a dryer. The terrace is generously covered. Of course, there is sun and insect protection. The property is over 3000 sqm. We have our own lake access with a jetty. The lake invites you to swim.
