Welcome to our family home with plenty of space and 4 bedrooms (a total of 7 sleeping places plus possibly 2 separate mattresses on the floor) You can park at the door and is free. The property is close to a small shopping centre and a beach with a promenade, where you will find all kinds of restaurants and cafes. There are all kinds of recreational activities available next to the beach. The metro is also nearby, with which you can reach the city center of Rotterdam within half an hour. There is a nature reserve around the Zevenhuizerplas where you can cycle, skate and walk.

In a beautiful green location in Berkel en Rodenrijs near Rotterdam, we offer a cozy apartment with living room and bedroom (total 47m2), a beautifully maintained sunny garden with sun loungers and garden table with chairs. Possibility to order breakfast. Apartment has its own entrance and is fully furnished; super fast WiFi, TV, central heating and parking. Electric bicycles can also be safely secured and charged. Supermarket nearby, cozy city center 5 minutes by bike.

Capri Studio

At the back of the large barn are 2 cozy renovated studios. These are equipped with all comforts, such as shower, toilet, a kitchenette and a nice double bed. If you come to stay here, there is a good chance that you will see the alpacas walking by from time to time. Also centrally located between the cities of Rotterdam, The Hague and Delft. And close to the Rottermeren, a nature reserve where you can enjoy cycling and walking.

Studio and alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
