Simple, cosy and bright apartment with one bedroom, a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The apartment is located on the high ground floor on the street side on Dorfstraße, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket, doctors, walking_cycling and hiking trails. In the village center (about 500m) there are other supermarkets, shops serving everyday needs, restaurants, cafes, the train station and the tourist information.

I rent a cozy apartment for 2 people with the possibility of an extra bed or cot (max. 3 people). The apartment has a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, TV with sofa and a large bathroom with shower and toilet. Included in the price is Wi-Fi and a parking space on the premises. The ski or village bus stops directly in front of the quietly located Haus Rosenheim, which takes you directly to the cable car or to the center of Mayrhofen.

A nest to feel good

They live on the first floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet, on the upper floor there is also a bath tub waiting for you. The balconies have a south-west orientation for a magnificent view and lots of sunshine. A parquet floor creates a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Sweden stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Farm stay at 1098m altitude

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great view of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, pony, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, plates slide, toboggan, go tours, snowshoe hikes. We have over 50 bee colonies on our lands, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat einen seperaten Eingang. Unser Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe oberhalb von Ramsau und gehört zu Hainzenberg. Am Fuße der Anhöhe sind zahlreiche Geschäfte und Bushaltestellen. Zu Fuss sind das ca. 300 Meter. Im Winter fährt von hier aus auch der Skibus zur Horbergbahn und zur Zillertal Arena.
