Very pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended if you like authentic. B&B is located in country house ( on large estate). And all in the city center of Assen. Very welcoming and helpful reception. Great breakfast made it complete.

Nice place to stay. Spacious, neat and clean. Walking distance to downtown - exactly what we were looking for. Quick response and good help finding a nice restaurant. Personal reception was nice - but everything was easy to find. We couldn't cook - but that was clearly indicated and we would go out for a nice meal anyway Thank you H&M

Our stay with Annemarie was nothing short of amazing. We had the best time at this converted barn . Big enough for 2 people on dead end road with views of the landscape and her horses. Annemarie is a warm and very kind host and she makes sure everything is to your satisfaction. We will often think back about our stay with her and certainly will return. Grietus & Kaylynne

Aya’s place was a perfect place to stay while we visited family in Assen. The house is beautifully presented and ideal to relax in. Lots of shops close by and would definitely stay again.
