Filion's Tiny Place! This is a caravan that I completely refurbished into a Tiny Place myself. This is located behind the barn in the same yard as the B&B, but can be rented separately. The name says it all: it is a small house. The bedrooms and bathroom are small and take into account smaller beds than you are used to (140x190). There is a cozy living room and compleet kitchen! PAY ATTENTION! BBQ not allowed (due to thatched roof), garden of the main house is NOT INCLUDED.

"B without B" is located in the center of the fortified town of Tholen. It has its own front door. The owner lives above the apartment. The apartment is divided into a living room (with kitchen and sofa bed) and a bedroom. The apartment is on the ground floor and has access to the garden. The garden is shared with the owner. There is parking space at the market and in the Bosstraat. The apartment is available for rent for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of one month.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

My place is 30 square meters and close to the center of Etten-Leur, within walking distance. The restaurants, cafes and shops are close! You'll love my place because of our beautiful cottage that is located in our spacious garden; you have access through a gate, and our home is separate from this. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washer/dryer. Separate toilet. There is a large terras with table and chairs so you can eat outside as well as a lounge set to enjoy a drink in sun... When it's too hot, you can cool down in the garden and use the swimming pond.
