Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Even though we are in the center of Velp, our cottage is quiet. National Parks Veluwezoom and Hoge Veluwe are within cycling distance, and the city of Arnhem is 10 minutes away by car or public transport. Ideal for recreation or business travelers. . Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. Zeewolde Villa with sauna and Jacuzzi.

Cozy up with family or friends out and about... this is possible in this spacious vacation home. On the BG are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom in a separate wing. (On the 1st floor are the other 3 rooms separately with 2nd bathroom and toilet.) The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, such as; combi microwave, dishwasher and bean coffee machine. You never have to get bored because there is a beautiful Jacuzzi in the garden. There is also a Barrelsauna with an electric stove (5 euros/hr).

On the main terrace, which is partly covered, a large table. The park has an indoor swimming pool which you can use. Public transport nearby.

In de landelijke omgeving kunt u heerlijk wandelen of fietsen op de vrolijke tandems. In de buurt zijn ook mtb routes. 2 pers. bed in de slaapkamer, 2 pers. slaapbank in de woonkamer.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle ruimte. Villa-Vida is ontworpen en gebouwd in 2020. In het ontwerp is rekening gehouden met een echte bosbeleving. Door je te begeven in de luxe zitarena, zittend in een grote lederen bank kun je genieten van het mooie bos, de verschillende boskleuren en ontzettend veel verschillende vogelgeluiden. In de schemer spot je regelmatig reetjes, hertjes, konijntjes en soms een vos.
