Lovely vacation home on the beautiful recreational park Buitenborgh on the water. Swimming, boating, paddle boarding, fishing and enjoying the sun is our motto. Amsterdam and other Randstad cities are easily accessible by car. Public transportation is a little further away, around 1 km walk/cycle is a bus stop and 4 km walk/cycle is a train station. Your own transportation is recommended and can be parked in Abcoude. Three bicycles are included with your stay. Close to Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam Arena (Ajax) and AFAS Live.

On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Modern water villa; stay on the water

Relax in this unique and fantastic split-level home: lots of light, space and cozy outdoor terraces. From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level lower are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old barn, located on the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 double beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel bed. It is completely independent. Get on the sup or in the canoe and enjoy the water, nature, wildlife and the wide view! There is plenty of work space with super fast Internet. The house is fully equipped. The famous shopping center Bataviastad is nearby, as well as downtown, theater and historical sites. By car you can reach Amsterdam within 40 minutes.
