Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

A wonderful private Studio on the ground floor. It has a spacious, light room with a double bed, a sofa and a (work)table. It has a private frontdoor, an entrance/hallway and a private bathroom. Enjoy the sun on the bench in the front garden. My wife and I live next-door: the connecting door is locked to guarantee privacy. An intimate and quiet street in the lively Amsterdam East. Within walking distance lots of trendy restaurants, shops, museums, parks, subway station, Railwaystation.

Our house is newly build outside the citycentre. It has 3 bedrooms, living-kitchen, tv room, office, big bathroom, rooftop terras and a terras in front of the house. It is very sunny and spacious and situated on an island next to the centre of A'dam (by tram only 10 min from central station) The neighbourhood is new and located inbetween hip and happening Amsterdam North and Amsterdam East: The best parts of town are at your fingertips (gem. I stayed at Nick’s property for 3 nights. The location is very peaceful and quiet and is situated very close to transportation options to quickly get to central Amsterdam. The studio itself is very clean and spacious and included all the amenities that I could need. It is truly a hidden gem property in Amsterdam. Nick was highly responsive to all messages and was very helpful in providing recommendations and tips ahead of my trip to Amsterdam on things to do and see. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I had a wonderful stay at Nick’s property and I would highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Amsterdam. Thank you very much again Nick!

A lovely private space with a large deck. Peter met us on arrival and we had a peaceful, quiet stay. The apartment is a short tram ride into town and you can simply scan your credit card when you get on.

I stayed with my cousin for our annual holiday together. Stephany was so kind and thoughtful, her home had everything we needed: comfy bed, kitchen, even cards and games. Her back garden was blooming and we enjoyed spending the hot days out there. Stephany even made us food for our travels! Would definitely recommend staying here :)

This was one of my favorite stays of the trip! The studio was beautifully kept, clean, and cozy — just as pictured. The host was incredibly thoughtful and considerate, even leaving us a delicious chocolate on the bed (which we LOVED!). They were very attentive to our needs, from helping us store our luggage to offering local tips and guidance around the city. We even had the chance to meet the host before we left — they were so kind and lovely in person. All essentials were provided, including quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and plenty of fresh towels. The neighborhood was a huge bonus - just a short walk and we could find groceries, food, and even a few clothing shops. Safe, peaceful, and super convenient. Highly recommend!

This houseboat was quite literally perfect for our stay in Amsterdam. The hosts were both lovely people and very helpful to us. Their place has such an incredible vibe! You have nice views out the window and can even swim in the canal. 10/10 would recommend for anyone.
