This spacious, freestanding holiday home in Montferland, surrounded by beautiful walking and cycling routes, offers the perfect combination of comfort and nature. Thanks to two terraces, you can enjoy the sun and a peaceful view. The property features a large open-plan kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area, and air-conditioned bedrooms. The ground-floor bedroom is fully wheelchair accessible. Parking is easy via the carport and to the left of the driveway, and there are charging points available for electric cars.

Other: You have your own entrance, a work/study area (adjustable), and your own small garden with a terrace (including BBQ). Includes books and games. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.
