Rustic enjoyment in the Achterhoek

This beautiful detached 2 under 1 roof house, 900m2 garden, private road, near the cozy Doetinchem (1.5 km to center) and 200m from the Kruisbergse forests. Meadows, horses, beautiful views, (sunset) it is nice to unwind (Private Sauna, swimming pool) and certainly also a playground for children, trampoline, swimming pool, very large garden, children can have a nice go. Fun side effect, feeding and cuddling the chickens and rabbits please :) In short, enjoyable!

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The apartment is close to public transportation and the village center. You'll enjoy my place because of the location, the atmosphere, the spacious living space, and the creative look. It is a good base to Arnhem (20 min. by train), history (Doesburg and's Heerenberg) and forest (Montferland). The place is suitable for couples, singles, business travelers, and families.
