Apartment holiday rentals in Zečevo

The apartment was small but there was everything we needed. The view from the shared terrace was wonderful!

A lovely, well appointed, extremely clean apartment in an excellent location close to the sea. The photos don't do it justice. We enjoyed the refreshing pool with excellent parking very close by. Doris met us and showed us round, ensuring we knew how to use everything and had everything we wanted. The bed was comfortable but firm. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings, looking over Rogoznica, enjoying the cheese, ham and an excellent wine which Doris kindly left for us. The road to get to the apartment, like many in Croatia, was quite narrow and twisty, we appreciated having a smaller hire car. All in all, an excellent apartment and location, would highly recommend.

The place was very nice and cozy, perfect for a couple. Apartment was clean and air conditioned upon our arrival. Unfortunatelly, we haven't met Iva, but she gave us very thorough instructions via message and contact to her mom, who was extremely kind and helpful every time we needed something. Next to the apartment is a roof-covered parking spot for 3 cars, which is an advantage because the croatian weather can be very hot. A market with fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, two bakeries and two small grocery stores are within 300m, so very close. A very nice, clean, not overcrowded beach is 700m from the apartment. Our holiday was very pleasant and would recommend the place to everyone.

Everything was ok clean, very nice terrace and sea view, quiet neighborhood.

The vacation was amazing. The location was amazing close to the beach, marina, restaurant and shops. View from apartment was breathtaking. Flat was clean and exactly like on the photo. Owner was kind and friendly with us. We recommend it 100% and we are sure we will come back next vacation. Thanks to Josip and his wife. Best kind family. ❤️

We stayed here for a week as part of a working holiday. The apartment was immaculate on arrival, absolutely spotless, and its gorgeous, the photos really don't do it justice. The host was really helpful and eager to help, including standing outside the house as we arrived to wave us into our parking space. The neighbourhood itself is quite with a couple of cafes and restaurants, its certainly not a resort and has a bit more of a rustic character away from the tourist masses elsewhere in the country, but it a little dull after an extended period unless you are basing here to explore other parts of the coast. Overall, would highly recommend, we had a great time.

The accommodation was perfectly functional , a sea view terrace in the shade for breakfast and lunch , immediate access to the sea with sunbeds . The setting is ideal , very relaxing. We were very well hosted by the owners.

The apartment is as described, very clean and well located, so you can quickly reach the beach. Supermarket, bars, cafes, etc. are also nearby, as well as the central bus stop. The host was able to help with any questions. Unfortunately, if you want to cook, you have to buy salt, pepper and oil yourself. More than one roll of toilet paper was only available on request. Otherwise, everything was great!

Thanks Damir and his family who were very friendly and always open to help you. We had a great 5 days with my family and enjoyed from the beach and view from terrace. If you travel with a car and looking for enjoy from the sun and beach then it is right place. Yes, agree that the house doesn't have all amenities but worst to money. There is no supermarket in walkable distance, so, consider to buy all your stuff in advance before arrival or use your car later which is in about 3 km distance (Plodine). The beach is private and Damir has own spot to enjoy. For visitors/guests. Be careful not to use others beach umbrella and seat or other accessories. We didn't know the rules where spreaded beach items to the beach and wasting under the summer where my kids tried to use glass and ring and someone rudely behaved later on. So bring your beach items.

Very comfortable place. Impeccably clean, which is very important. Equipped with everything you need. The biggest advantage is the breathtaking view.

Great staying! Peacefull and quite neighbourhood. We had everything we needed. Great view from the balcony, two very comfortable bedrooms, clean bathroom, weel equipped kitchen. Ljiljana was very friendly and carrying. She help us with everything that we needed. Ljiljana, bilo mi je vrlo drago, da smo se upoznale. Ti si bila jako simpatična, ljubazna i otvorena. The place is nice and clean. The view of the sea from the terrace was charming and we spent on it every morning and every evening. To the horsepower there is a sunflower that made it soft along with the air conditioning, hot, sunny days. They were a little disturbingly late, noisy seating, under the deck, other guests , but it's all about vacations ( relaxation and fun ). The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable for me even after my spine surgery. The amenities in the kitchen are full and we didn't miss anything. The cupola was clean and nice. The parking spot was easily accesible. The beach is small, but we are lovers of the “wild” beach around Primosten, so the location near it was very convenient. We walked around a lot and the streets fascinated us. For us, a place to stay is a nice and welcoming place to stay.

We travel all around the world and Ivana's place is definitely one of our favorites. She went out of her way to make us feel at home right from the beginning and her incredible positive energy really made us love the place. The location is very good and the place is close to the beach and everything you need. The view was amazing and we would definitely stay here again. Ivana was very responsive with any questions that we had and gave us many recommendations for things to do in the area. We had a minor issue with an appliance that Ivana and her husband came to take care of right away which we really appreciated. If this place is available we highly recommend that you book right away and the hosts will take care of the rest!

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious and very well-equipped place. The terrace overlooking the sea is the highlight. Communication with Snjezana went smoothly and she inquired about our well-being. We highly recommend a stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. It was a great stay. There were two of us and there was plenty of room. The apartment would also be well suited for four people. The sofa covers look a bit old-fashioned, but the sensational view of the sea and the large terrace with whirlpool makes you forget that immediately. The landlady was very accommodating and helpful. The transport from the airport to the accommodation was perfectly organised. Thank you for everything

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Amazing location, extremely walkable. Our host reached out to find out exactly when we’d arrive so he could meet us and show us the apartment. Very clean and comfortable.

Great location for walking to The old Town, the Port and the bus station. Accommodation was very clean and tidy. Helena was very friendly and responsive to our messages. We had a lovely week. Out of the hosts control but sadly we were woken by the builders every morning at 7.30am directly outside the windows which was not ideal for our holiday.
