The accommodation is in an authentic Dalmatian village. If you want something like this, you are welcome to come to us. 😉The room is on the first floor and does not have a balcony, but the guest can sit and enjoy the yard that is right in front of the room. You do not share the room and bathroom with anyone. You will have the opportunity to go to the beach where we have private parking. The village is 900 meters away from the sea and 85 meters above sea level. Therefore, I always go by car because it is difficult to return to the accommodation in the heat.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Apartment on the second floor of a newly renovated 600 year old house. It is located 200 meters from the Golden gate (main entrance of the ancient Roman palace). You can take a 15 minute walk to the nearest beache or you could also take a bus. The famouse park-forest Marjan is also near by. There is more than enough restaurants and bars not even a minute or two away! If you are looking for good time, or some peace and quiet, here You will definitely find both!
