Lägenheten var liten men det fanns allt vi behövde. Utsikten från den delade terrassen var underbar!

A lovely, well appointed, extremely clean apartment in an excellent location close to the sea. The photos don't do it justice. We enjoyed the refreshing pool with excellent parking very close by. Doris met us and showed us round, ensuring we knew how to use everything and had everything we wanted. The bed was comfortable but firm. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings, looking over Rogoznica, enjoying the cheese, ham and an excellent wine which Doris kindly left for us. The road to get to the apartment, like many in Croatia, was quite narrow and twisty, we appreciated having a smaller hire car. All in all, an excellent apartment and location, would highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft von Iva würden wir (2 Erwachsene) jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Sie hat immer schnell geantwortet und auch bei ihrer Abwesenheit beim Check-In verlief alles reibungslos. Die Wohnung war toll ausgestattet und entsprach den Fotos! Die Küche war sehr sauber (mit frisch verpackten Putzmittel). Der Aufbau des Waschbeckens war etwas fragwürdig, den dieses befand sich in der eher schwierig erreichbaren Ecke der Küche. Es gab frische Handtücher, aufgefüllte Seifenspender und eine tolle Klimaanlage. Vor dem Haus gibt es drei Parkplätze, welche für die Wohnungen reserviert sind. Die Innenstadt ist nach nur wenigen Schritten erreichbar und es empfiehlt sich das Auto stehen zu lassen! Alles in allem waren wir glücklich die tolle Unterkunft gefunden zu haben! Wszystko było ok czysto, bardzo ładny taras i widok na morze, spokojna okolica.

Strávili jsme nádhernou dovolenou v apartmánu v Primoštenu. Apartmán byl prostorný, čistý a nabízel úžasný výhled na moře. Byli jsme opravdu spokojeni s pohodlím a vybavením. Majitelé byli velmi milí a vstřícní, vždy ochotni pomoci a poradit. Jediné, co kazilo dojem z jinak perfektního pobytu, byl občasný nepříjemný zápach z odpadu, který byl v některých dnech opravdu nepříjemný. Majitelé o problému vědí a snaží se ho řešit, což oceňujeme, a věříme, že se situace brzy zlepší. Celkově však šlo o velmi příjemné ubytování, a přestože tento problém byl nepříjemný, věříme, že se jedná o dočasnou záležitost. Doporučujeme ubytování pro ty, kteří hledají klidné místo s krásným výhledem a přátelským přístupem majitelů.

We stayed here for a week as part of a working holiday. The apartment was immaculate on arrival, absolutely spotless, and its gorgeous, the photos really don't do it justice. The host was really helpful and eager to help, including standing outside the house as we arrived to wave us into our parking space. The neighbourhood itself is quite with a couple of cafes and restaurants, its certainly not a resort and has a bit more of a rustic character away from the tourist masses elsewhere in the country, but it a little dull after an extended period unless you are basing here to explore other parts of the coast. Overall, would highly recommend, we had a great time.

Le logement était parfaitement fonctionnel , une terrasse vue mer à l’ombre pour le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner , un accès immédiat à la mer avec les transats . Le cadre est idéal , très reposant. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und gut gelegen, sodass man schnell am Strand ist. Auch Supermarkt, Bars, Cafés etc. liegen in der Nähe sowie die zentrale Bushaltestelle. Bei Fragen konnte der Gastgeber weiterhelfen. Wer kochen will, muss sich Salz, Pfeffer und Öl leider selbst kaufen. Mehr als eine Rolle Klopapier gab es nur auf Rückfrage. Ansonsten alles top!

Apartament bardzo czysty i super przygotowany dla gości dla rodziny z dwójką dzieci super - było w nim wszytsko co potrzeba nawet opiekacz do tostów i mikser! Troszkę za słabo klimatyzowany pokoik na galerii w poddaszu. Poza tym w apartamencie jest cicho i spokojnie mimo bliskości innych domów. Widok z tarasu cudowny na morze i zatokę. Bardzo blisko spokojna piękna plaża z prywatnym miejscem do plażowania z parasolem i leżakami - świetna opcja! Woda krystalicznie czysta a okolica przepiękna- w każdej zatoczce za górką można odkryć nową dziką plażę. Właściciele mili i bardzo pomocni - bardzo dziękujemy za pomoc w ładowaniu naszego samochodu! Mam nadzieję że jeszcze wrócimy w te piękne okolice ! Dziękujemy za wspaniałe wakacje w tak świetnym apartamencie!

Najít ubytování bylo snadné, Luka byl na místě v čase, na kterém jsme se flexibilně domluvili. I když jsme měli dodávku, bylo možné zaparkovat ve stínu na pozemku u domu. Ubytování bylo v pohodě, mile nás překvapila velikost apartmánu a krásná velká terasa s výhledem na moře a maják. Když jsme potřebovali něco řešit, Luka vždy reagoval a věc se vyřešila. Vzdálenost od moře není veliká, sejdete ulicí dolů a jste u vody s pozvolným vstupem. Určitě můžeme ubytování doporučit.

Thanks Damir and his family who were very friendly and always open to help you. We had a great 5 days with my family and enjoyed from the beach and view from terrace. If you travel with a car and looking for enjoy from the sun and beach then it is right place. Yes, agree that the house doesn't have all amenities but worst to money. There is no supermarket in walkable distance, so, consider to buy all your stuff in advance before arrival or use your car later which is in about 3 km distance (Plodine). The beach is private and Damir has own spot to enjoy. For visitors/guests. Be careful not to use others beach umbrella and seat or other accessories. We didn't know the rules where spreaded beach items to the beach and wasting under the summer where my kids tried to use glass and ring and someone rudely behaved later on. So bring your beach items.

Bardzo wygodnie miejsce. Nieskazitelnie czyste co jest bardzo ważne. Wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne. Największym atutem jest zapierający dech w piersiach widok.

Great staying! Peacefull and quite neighbourhood. We had everything we needed. Great view from the balcony, two very comfortable bedrooms, clean bathroom, weel equipped kitchen. Ljiljana was very friendly and carrying. She help us with everything that we needed. Ljiljana, bilo mi je vrlo drago, da smo se upoznale. Ti si bila jako simpatična, ljubazna i otvorena. Hvala ljiepa za sve:)

Ubytovanie je prijemne a čisté. Vyhlad na more z terasy bol očarujúci a trávili sme na nej každé ráno a každy večer. K dostozicii tam je slnečnik, ktorý sprijemnil spolu s klimatizáciou, horúce, slnečné dni. Trochu rušivo posobili neskore, hlučnejsie posedenia, pod terasou, iných hostí , ale o tom su dovolenky ( relax a zábava ). Posteľ v spalni bola moc pohodlna i pre mňa po operáciach chrbtice. Vybavenie v kuchyni je plnohodnotné a nič nám nechýbalo. Kupelka bola čistá a pekná. Parkovné miesto bolo ľahko pristupne. Pláž je malá, ale my sme milovníci “divokych” pláži v okolí Primoštenu, takze nám poloha v jeho blízkosti plno vyhovovala. Veľa sme chodili po okoli a uzke uličky nás fascinovali. Za nás teda dokovalé a príjemné ubytovanie.

We travel all around the world and Ivana's place is definitely one of our favorites. She went out of her way to make us feel at home right from the beginning and her incredible positive energy really made us love the place. The location is very good and the place is close to the beach and everything you need. The view was amazing and we would definitely stay here again. Ivana was very responsive with any questions that we had and gave us many recommendations for things to do in the area. We had a minor issue with an appliance that Ivana and her husband came to take care of right away which we really appreciated. If this place is available we highly recommend that you book right away and the hosts will take care of the rest!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser geräumigen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer ist das Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit Snjezana lief problemlos und sie hat sich nach unseren Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Apartment wäre auch gut für vier Personen geeignet. Die Sofabezüge wirken etwas altmodisch, doch die sensationelle Aussicht auf das Meer und die grosse Terrasse mit Whirlpool, lässt einen das sofort vergessen. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Transport vom Airport zur Unterkunft war perfekt organisiert. Vielen Dank für alles

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Amazing location, extremely walkable. Our host reached out to find out exactly when we’d arrive so he could meet us and show us the apartment. Very clean and comfortable.

Great location for walking to The old Town, the Port and the bus station. Accommodation was very clean and tidy. Helena was very friendly and responsive to our messages. We had a lovely week. Out of the hosts control but sadly we were woken by the builders every morning at 7.30am directly outside the windows which was not ideal for our holiday.
