Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Zaventem

We were a group of 7 ladies visiting Brussels for the first time. We spent four days in the premises. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and all have private bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are amazing and well equipped. We liked the space and the proximity to the main places of interest in Brussels. We can only recommend this excellent house.

I cannot recommend this place enough. We felt at home and really enjoyed our stay. Honestly 10/10

Great location for trips to Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp. The apartment is complete with many amenities and space bedroom, bathroom, separate kitchen and living room. Annelies is hospitable, complete in her instruction and friendly in her communication. We enjoyed it from start to finish and look back on a fantastic Pentecost weekend. If you want to get in touch with nature then this is the place for you. Great stay and had everything we've needed (no TV specially). David was a responsive host. we would come back. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

This is a hidden gem, we were staying here on a work trip for 11 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We were all surprised at how much better the place was than the photos and description showed. We had a lovely Comfortable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. It was close enough to work, shops and other places we wanted to go to. The area was very quiet and felt extremely safe. Lesley was a great host with plenty of information about the house right from booking through till check in and check out, we didn’t have a need to contact Lesley during our stay but she was very responsive when we did talk even making sure that everything was okay after we had checked in to make sure we were happy and to reiterate that if there were any issues we could reach out whenever.

The accommodation looks exactly as shown in the profile, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the atmosphere cozy and comfortable. The owner is nice and responds quickly to all questions. The centre was easy to reach by car from the apartment. Thanks for the hospitality :)

Me and 6 friends stayed at Françoise's cottage for 4 nights. In front of the door we could park both cars, which was very pleasant. Everything looked nice and tidy, also it is of course a wonderfully quiet area where you can walk nicely. A supermarket relatively nearby (5 min by car) and plenty to do within a 30-minute drive. The mattresses seemed somewhat hard at first, but these slept fine! The shower on the 1st floor does not have that much water pressure, but this was also not really disturbing. All in all, the cottage is very cozy, well clean and many basic things you often use are already present in the cottage (oil, herbs, foil, etc.) The contact with Françoise himself was also really great! Often within 30 min/1 hour already a useful and friendly answer. Thanks Françoise!! Who knows until next time ;)

Isabel’s apartment was wonderful! It’s in the center of a lovely suburb of Brussels that has a great variety of restaurants and shops. Public transportation is available to quickly take a visitor to the city center with its museums, art galleries and concert halls. The apartment is perfect for one or two guests with a large, modern kitchen, dining room, living room and cozy bedroom. In addition, the washer and dryer are most helpful for longer stays. In summary, one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in! I’m looking forward to returning.

The location is very convenient close to a large highway so you can easily get there by car, but still very quiet because it is at the back of the building.

Beautiful apartment with a nice park nearby for walking or running. Quiet neighborhood. Public transport nearby to get around.

Julien’s place was as described. Really nice neighborhood, 5 minute walk to public transportation to the city center; but plenty of restaurants right in the neighborhood as well. There was a race in Brussels on our arrival date, Julien was kind to reach out ahead of time to understand our plans so he could accommodate. He met us at the Airbnb spot and gave us some recos for the jazz festival that was occurring in the city. We love Brussels; it was great to be in a quiet, lovely neighborhood but yet a five minute train ride to Brussels as well Would highly recommend Julien’s place for a single traveler or a couple. We didn’t interact much as we were only there one night, but it didn’t take long to understand Julien is kind and conscientious; everything you look for in an Airbnb host - look it up if you need a spot close to the airport as well as everything else mentioned.

We had a fantastic stay at this Apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Denisa was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was perfect, close to public transport. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

My stay at Vincent’s apartment was amazing. The apartment itself is very large, the pictures in the listing don’t do it justice. It was cleaned very well and had all the amenities listed in the description. The best thing about my stay was the location. The apartment is centrally located in Brussels, just a few minutes walk to the Grand Place and Central station. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking to explore downtown Brussels!

I had a great stay! The location was perfect—walkable to everything I needed and easy to get around. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. If you prefer a absolute quiet stay with a view in a garden area, but the town center reachable in foot distance of 15-20 Minutes, you'll definitely like it

It is a great place to stay.

It was my second stay at Tony and Nadine's place and it was as comfortable as the first time. It's a very well-thought and cozy place!

From the beginning, I highlight the huge personal service that Aitor gave me by accepting that a package intended for me will be delivered to me. He made it with good heart. Very easy to communicate with. It was reassuring to know that we could count on him if needed. The accommodation is really fantastic and the proximity to the metro/tram is an undeniable advantage. We knew there were stairs to get into the home but we didn't pay attention to the fact that it's the equivalent of a third floor. Less convenient with heavy suitcases and two friends walking with a cane. There is only one bathroom and it is in one of the two bedrooms. It's a little inconvenient at night when you want to respect the privacy of the person who is sleeping there and you don't want to wake them up. Very well equipped kitchen. Soap washer. I recommend it without hesitating and a big thank you Aitor!
