Komplett neu renovierte & möblierte 22Qm/ 1 Zimmer Wohnung. Es gibt einen eigenen Zugang, zur Souterrain-Wohnung. Die Deckenhöhe ist ca 195 cm. Dazu gibt es eine kleine Küche, mit Ceranfeld, ein Spülbecken und eine Kühl/Gefrierkombi. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Eine separate Toilette mit Waschbecken und Fön gehört auch zur Wohnung, sowie eine Dusche.Ein Fernseher, Kommoden, Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen dazu. Ein großes Boxspringbett gehört auch zur Ausstattung. Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

The bright, sunlit terrace apartment in the heart of Lübeck features two lovely rooms, a bathroom, and an additional walk-in wardrobe. The generous sunny terrace invites you to relax in the greenery. The living space is approximately 50 square meters. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the building. The historic old town island, the Wakenitz, and the city park are right outside. The Baltic Sea is about 12 km away. Children as well as beloved pets are welcome.

Bright tiny house with nature view

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

Welcome! Our friendly apartment is located in a small, over one hundred year old, typical North German cottage under old trees. It is fully equipped with: Stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. Washing machine use by arrangement, Small shower room with window,  Covered terrace with garden furniture. The area invites you to take walks. Hamburg and Lübeck can be reached in 40 minutes by car. Bargteheide train station is 5 km away.

The apartment is only 35 square meters. A stay with 3 or 4 people is only recommended for a short period. Living and sleeping take place in one room (see drawing). Food preparation is also limited. There are two hobs as well as pots and pans available, but no oven or microwave. However, Lübeck invites you to eat in its various restaurants. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.

Small, cozy basement apartment with separate entrance in a Lübeck old town villa. Very central yet quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the Trave Canal. Good shopping, weekly market, cinema and restaurants are quickly reached. The old town island can be reached on foot (enjoyably) via walking paths along the Trave. Via the Herrentunnel you can quickly get to Niendorf /Timmendorf or Travemünde.

The bright studio with shower room and private terrace is located on the first floor of a detached house in Todendorf. The granny flat is equipped for up to 4 people (double bed 140 × 200 with medium-hard Emma mattress and sofa bed with mattress and slatted base). Bed linen and towels are included. From the A1 exit Bargetheide you can reach us in approx. 5 minutes by car to us.

Our vacation home has light-flooded, tastefully and comfortably furnished rooms and if it should be uncomfortable outside, the stove can provide coziness in the living room. There are 2 to 3 car parking spaces available directly at the house. A bread service is possible.

Welcome to our designer apartment! The apartment is very centrally located in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand. In just 2 minutes on foot, you can reach the beach and the spa promenade with many restaurants, cafes and shops. Right next door is the spa park.
