Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

You have the choice to have a delicious breakfast (extra charge) with organic products. The night before, this breakfast can be prepared in consultation so that you prepare the breakfast yourself in the way and time that suits you. Our B&B is located in Oldebroek, centrally located on the nature-rich Veluwe with its many cycling routes and hiking trails. The Room Our B&B has all the comforts. A living room and a complete kitchen. In our bedroom with mural, there is room for two people. The house is also equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine.

Cozy cottage, close to sand dunes

This unique home was built under architectural design and guidance. Rural location on the edge of forest and sand drift. The Veluwemeer is within cycling distance. Culture and culinary experiences are plentiful in the area. Downstairs, everything is on the ground floor. People with physical disabilities are also welcome. (Help from the host, is possible based on availability. He is a nurse) Pets are not allowed (except for service dogs). No parties! No smoking in the house.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Stay in this cozy chalet on the edge of a quiet, green and small park with cozy cottages, surrounded by the nature of the Veluwe. Wake up with birdsong and spot squirrels in the garden. In front of the chalet is a path with only local traffic. Walk or cycle directly from the park into the woods and heath. Visit the Hanseatic cities of Hattem, Zwolle or Kampen. Restaurants are 4 km away. A nice place for those looking for peace, nature and comfort.

The accommodations are located in a charming detached cottage, a 1-minute walk from the bustling Zwolle city center and each cover one floor. This ground floor apartment has a small patio. Both rooms have a fresh interior and are suitable for longer stays. A private place, ideally located near a movie theater, supermarket and parking garage.

In the city center of Hanzestad Zwolle is this historic, small mansion, where you have a completely private space with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The property dates from 1906 and still contains authentic elements such as old panel doors and stained glass windows. The apartment is accessible via a staircase and covers 2 floors. It is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Suitable for 2 people, no pets allowed.

Cozy and complete space for a pleasant stay on the North Veluwe. The beautiful towns of Hattem and Elburg are nearby, Zwolle = 12 km. In addition, beautiful hiking and biking opportunities in the Veluwe forests and the meadow area. From the location, you can walk into the forest for a hike. Minimum stay of 2 nights. There is a restaurant 600 meters away. 1.4 km away is a Landal Park with supermarket, restaurant.

Enjoy our campsite, but one meter above the ground? Then our cozy trailer is a good choice. The caravan accommodates 2 people and is furnished with a double bed. A refrigerator, cold and hot water, gas burner and kitchen utensils are provided. We live on the farm with great pleasure and would like to let you enjoy the beautiful place. Welcome!
