Holiday rentals with breakfast in Zaanstad

my only regret is that I didn't have more time to stay here. very peaceful environment. Wil put my confidence back in AirBnB. it was lovely having breakfast with you and other guests. bedroom was immaculate. coming home and being able to make a nighttime cup of tea makes the world of a difference too!

The family was very friendly and accommodating. They welcomed us very warmly:) Her dog Filou also lovingly greeted us daily! Everything is very clean and privacy is maintained. The breakfast in the morning was very tasty and varied. We'd come back any time:)

The owner was quite friendly and attentive, provided detailed instructions on how to use it, and the interior space was quite welcoming, luckily finding this option provided us with great memories in the local area, had the opportunity to hopefully come back, we will miss Vox's:)

We had a wonderful holiday at Willems' place, I did not expect to be in his house but everything is done to be comfortable. A small booklet is put down so we know what to do in the area. It helps a lot and is super responsive when asked how to access a place. Thanks again

We had a great time at Inda's place. It was very centrally located, walkable distance to shops, restaurants and museums. Public transport to the beach nearby. Inda was very responsive and made us feel right at home.We'd love to stay here again.

Mijntje was a great host with fantastic communication before and during the stay. We loved the interior style of the house, the little garden and the neighbourhood. It was super stylish, yet cozy. :-) Little tip: During the cold season make sure you have some slippers with you, as the flooring is partly made of concrete.

The house was well designed with lots of neat details. Michiel was a nice and responsive host who always answered our questions. The house is very well located only a bikeride from the beach, and Shops and train station are within walking distance. Cleanliness of the kitchen could have been better (we rewashed everything because apparently the filter in the dishwasher was full so the dishes weren't clean upon arrival).

Carla was super nice and helpful, the property is exactly as described, the tram is only a 5 min walk and leads directly to the city center. The breakfast is a super nice addition too!

With my friends we had a lovely stay at Judith's. We were warmly welcomed. Judith is very friendly and responsive. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped, tidy and spacious. It is close to amenities (Lidl 5 min & downtown Amsterdam 30 min, by car). The beds are very comfortable (we slept like babies). The tranquility that reigns there is just great. As you can see, I recommend Judith's accommodation, you won't be disappointed.

It was a nice short stay at Henk's, we felt comfortable and can recommend the accommodation!

My stay was absolutely perfect! Laura was there to greet me promptly at check in time with information on the city, restaurant recs and lovely conversation. The building is old and gorgeous only adding to the experience. With fresh sheets, towels and waterfall shower! The neighborhood is quaint and cute with everything you need in walking distance. It was a treat to be right on the canal as well. Laura brought breakfast each morning with a healthy assortment of breads, fresh fruit and more. (I'm pretty sure that was freshly squeezed fruit juice as well?!) Absolutely fantastic experience!

Excellent find for three days in Amsterdam. Excellent location easily accessible from the station by tram. Very friendly host who left chips and beer 🙂. Bars and restaurants nearby. Very quiet at night because of modern windows. Well equipped kitchen.

So glad we found this gem. It was perfect for 3 women visiting a friend who lives around the corner. Very comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast, coffee, and snacks were just what we needed to start our day. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a home away from home while visiting Amsterdam.

Suzanne has been a great host. Her house is in a nice neighborhood, close to the center. Access to the flat is very easy from the airport. You can walk to the center or easily take a tram from the nearby station. All the details about the flat, its rooms, two floors, etc that were given on the Airbnb website were fully in place. It is a very nicely decorated, comfortable and tidy flat. Obviously, Suzanne and her husband have intricately decorated the house to their taste. We especially loved the patio! The bedrooms were tidy and the beds were quite comfortable. We especially care for clean bathrooms as a family, and both bathrooms and the shower were in good shape. The kitchen was very convenient as well, with food in the fridge and a bottle of red wine left for us. We really liked the artwork placed on the walls. One suggestion is that the check-in and check-out times can be a bit more flexible. Overall, I would recommend Suzanne's place to all.

The flat is perfectly located near to all the places you may want to enjoy. If you come with train of by car it is easy to manage via Line 4. The flat is pretty nice, comfortable, clean and you have a very authentic style of living in an historic house.

The room looked exactly like the photos, very cozy, everything clean. The entrance to the room was up very steep stairs and walking around the owner's house, we thought it would be more separate, but we never met and it was completely private. The apartment is located by the park, in a very quiet part of the city, a short walk to the bus, metro and tram, but you could also walk to the center. The room was ready for everything, the bathroom was very nice and absolutely sufficient. We had a great stay.

The house was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. I especially loved the bathroom, and the breakfast was great. The terrace garden was stunning and such a peaceful spot to relax. Thank you Mark, for all your helpful tips during our stay. your hospitality made a big difference. I’d gladly stay here again in the future.

We had a pleasant time at Simone's place. The accommodation was very nice, close to transportation and not too far from the train station. Having our little independence within the accommodation allowed us to wander our activities without fear. A very comfortable accommodation and very warm hosts with many tips and recommendations. Thank you!

Bob and Menno's was the perfect place for us as a last stop on our trip to the Netherlands and Belgium to visit our son who is studying the semester at Maastricht. Bob and Menno are extremely welcoming and helpful. Although there is a shared entrance, the rooms are very private and you feel you have the house to yourself. The decor is beautiful and immaculate. Attention to detail was next level. Breakfast each morning was convenient and delicious. Perfect place for our family traveling with our teen/young adult kids who had their own twin beds and bathroom. Tons to do in the area, walkable to great restaurants and bars. Highly recommend taking a bike tour as well as a canal tour as we enjoyed both! Wish we were there longer. Hope we can get back there again soon! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Wilco and Karen’s place was the perfect place to stay just outside the city, we loved the wagon and being able to spend time with the donkeys outside our window! The breakfast was amazing, and we will miss those farm fresh eggs. We were able to meet and chat with both Wilco and Karen and they were such lovely and helpful hosts :) Would definitely recommend!

Clean, comfortable and very convenient. We had a fabulous stay, thank you. Matthijs provided excellent directions and information for things to do and see and places to eat, which we made good use of. Many thanks Matthijs, we will return!

If you don’t stay with these two wonderfully talented, true locals on their floating home in a canal in Amsterdam with their three cats then you blew it. You may see Amsterdam, but if you truly want to experience it, then this is it. Five stars were not enough for multiple categories on this review. I never felt safer or more welcome anywhere. What a wonderful life experience I will treasure forever. And I was just there for tradeshow business. Lol. Their guitar serenading friends and local community and wild swans and the perfect room, all the prefect removed distance from the nightlife and and all the amenities made for a week to remember. Their local knowledge is everything including avoiding the pitfalls and special situations for easy travel, including airport tricks and the best places to include in your schedule. How I didn’t gain any weight is far beyond my understanding even with the chocolate breakfast. Lol. Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!!!
