Cozy little house, 10 meters from the lake, 10 minutes outside Nora. Balcony, sauna, private swimming area, jetty and rowboat. Sunsets are best enjoyed in the hammock on the jetty (summer time). The main building is newly built in 2021 with a new and fresh kitchen and bathroom. Wood-fired fireplace. Open, bright floor plan. Large windows and glass doors facing the lake. Newly built sauna (ready to use), but the exterior and gazebo are still under construction. Quiet area close to forest with nice trails, including Bergslagsleden. Golf course about 3 km away.

FredrikLars farm at Nordmarksbergs Mansion

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Det finns en lillstuga under sommartid med 2 bäddar som kan hyras mot en avgift på 350 kr/dygn. Städning mot avgift. Sängkläder/handdukar mot avgift. Stugan har stor veranda med fantastisk sjöutsikt. Gångavstånd till badplats med sandstrand. Upptäck museum, fik, gokart, Spa, fisketurer, skidor utför/ längd.

Newly-built house on lake plot near Romme Alpin

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Välkommen till vårt mysiga Tiny house ”Cozy Elk” en avkopplande oas med närhet till naturen. Ett Tiny house smart designat med allt du behöver för en bekväm vistelse. Med stora fönster som släpper in naturen, en bekväm säng uppe på loftet, fullutrustat kök och badrum, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och vedeldad kamin för extra mysfaktor. Njut av morgonkaffet på altanen med en bra bok eller ta en promenad i skogen. Perfekt för en avkopplande getaway.

Cozy cottage on lake plot

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

Lovely cottage (bath & fishing)

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings next to a lake (2 min walk) with your own bathing place with platform, access to boat and one canoe for up to 3/4 persons and free fishing (You can borrow simpel fishing equipment). Fully equipped main house with 3 bedrooms. Additionally 1 small house available with 4 beds. It is very quiet and peaceful here and you will see the sheep and horses graze near the house.

Extra hytte med Stue/kjøkken og et soverom med 4 sengeplasser kan leies for kr. 500,- ekstra pr. døgn.

Gedigen timmerstuga med utsiktsläge över Hovran. Uteplats med grill, tillgång till egen brygga och roddbåt under sommaren. Ett sovrum med 4 bäddar i form av 2 våningssängar, ett sovrum med 2 bäddar. Allrummet har en braskamin och på tomten finns en vedeldad bastu. Boendet lämpar sig för den som vill njuta av lugnet och naturen, fester ej tillåtna.
