Welcome to rent the Brantestad sisters' cottage in Småländska Brantestad near the forest and lake. Whether you want an active vacation with proximity to exciting experiences, or if peace and quiet is what you are looking for, this is the place for you! From the cottage there are many excursion destinations and attractions, about 20 minutes to Astrid Lindgren's World and Nossenbadet in Vimmerby, about 40 minutes to Västervik. NOTE! A car is a must to get to the cottage as public transport is not available.

For the true nature lover! Here you forget the time and feel alone in the world. You will be staying in a fully off-grid cottage on the lake with private jetty and fire pit. There is a hot outdoor shower and outdoor toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a gas fire and refrigerator incl. freezer compartment. There is 1 double bed on a mezzanine. There’s also a free rowing boat and a barrel sauna by the lake that you can hire. For every 7 nights, you get 1 sauna session free. Last 100m not accessible by car!

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllic cottage, surrounded by nature, with a cozy fireplace and beautiful views! We offer the possibility to borrow bicycles and rent a kayak and rowing boat. You can take a short walk to buy eggs or locally produced apple cider directly from the neighboring farmer, visit cows, horses, chickens and watch deer. Här njuter ni av lugnet, vattnet, skogen och djurlivet i naturen. Laga mat i det fullt utrustade uteköket. Frukostpåse samt middags alternativ erbjuds. Perfekt plats för avkoppling och rekreation. Next to Lake Gissen outside Vimmerby is this newly built villa. By car you can reach Astrid Lindgren's World in 10 minutes and within walking distance of 1km is the popular Tobo Golf Club with food service. Private beach with grass 50 meters from the house and shallow sandy beach 1 km away. Discover the lovely viewpoint next to the knot, take a jog on the running track or a swim in the lake. This is the place to relax after an intense day with all the lovely characters at Pippiland.

Rural cottage near Vimmerby.

Welcome to a charming farm cottage from the 1880s, just 10 minutes from Vimmerby. Enjoy a rural stay with modern comfort and space for 6 – two sofa beds downstairs, one double and two single beds in the loft. Duvets, pillows, kitchen and toilet towels are included. Bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent for 100 SEK/set. Shower and washing machine in a separate room. Garden, forest and meadows nearby. Bathing spot 2.5 km away. Uncleaned stay will incur a cleaning fee of 500 SEK.

Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.
