Welcome to an independent part of my house, located 15 min from the city center of Le Mans, 10 min from the 24-hour circuit and 5 min from the European Horse Pole. The accommodation consists of 2 attic bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor: bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, as well as a living room with a new kitchenette! You can also enjoy the outdoors thanks to the garden furniture. Only the entrance is shared with my house (access is blocked when it is rented).

In the early morning, you can enjoy your breakfast (included) on the terrace and in the "coffee corner".

Chalet located 20 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit with pétanque court, jacuzzi, darts, brasero and air conditioning. There is 1 bed and 2 sofa beds to accommodate up to 5 people. Superb cozy atmosphere in a natural setting. Bathroom and shower available. Possibility of installing several additional tents outside. Bed linen and bath towel not included. Welcome to La Ferme, a charming renovated house with its walled garden, on the grounds of a castle. The house is ideally located close to the European Pole of the Horse, 10 minutes, but also 15 minutes by car from the 24h circuit as well as the city center of Le Mans. A short drive away is a supermarket and all amenities in the center of Yvré L’Eveque.
