Welcome to an independent part of my house, located 15 min from Le Mans city center, 10 min from the 24h circuit and 5 min from the European Cheval Pole. The accommodation consists of 2 attic bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor: bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, as well as a living room with a new kitchenette! You can also enjoy the outside thanks to the garden furniture. Only the entrance is shared with my house (access is forbidden when it is rented).

The accommodation consists of: 2 bedrooms with double bed (bed linen provided), shower room (towel, shower gel, shampoo provided), separate toilet and living room with sofa bed. Wi-Fi available.
