Welcome to an independent part of my house, located 15 min from the city center of Le Mans, 10 min from the 24-hour circuit and 5 min from the European Horse Pole. The accommodation consists of 2 attic bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor: bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, as well as a living room with a new kitchenette! You can also enjoy the outdoors thanks to the garden furniture. Only the entrance is shared with my house (access is blocked when it is rented).

Welcome to our 35 m2 studio. It is located in the middle of the village in the municipality of Yvré-l'Évêque. Street parking or a parking lot is easily available within 100 meters of the accommodation. There is a bus line that takes you to Le Mans. Independent entrance from our main access. This listing is equipped with a sofa bed, linens and towels are provided. You have a kitchenette at your disposal. June 24th weekend: 3 nights minimum booking

From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
