Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Yuba County

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway! It's so quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful trees. There are also nice hiking trails nearby! The hosts were super friendly. I was greeted when I got to their property, and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. The cabin was so quaint and comfortable! I recommend this place if you want a quiet getaway!

A lovely, quiet home in a peaceful, rural-agricultural neighborhood overflowing with historical Oroville vibes. Some other reviewers have commented their concern over the local homeless population and while we did see one such fellow, it wasn't an issue and didn't cause us to feel unsafe. The dogs loved the open space throughout the house and the fenced yard -- FYI, though: if you have a small dog that could squeeze through a 5"x5" square, the backyard fencing likely wouldn't meet your needs. The back porch with string lights is a nice space to spend the evening or in the morning with coffee. Love the early morning rooster sounds nearby that are only audible from outside the home! I also truly appreciated the abundance of cozy blankets for snuggling up with. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

This location cannot be beat. The space has everything you need to be cozy, and Lee Ann is a responsive and informative host. The space is bigger than the photos but I will say lacks many kitchen tools, so if you need something (other than plates, bowls, knives, etc.) specific be sure to pack it!

Perfect spot to stay when visiting the Auburn area! Highly recommend, very cozy and felt right at home.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. Our boys loved the upstairs room with the two twin beds (although if they were smaller I might have worried about them on the stairs, as there is no railing for the last several steps). We loved the cozy fireplace and the hot tub, and enjoyed not having to use our car at all once we arrived— plenty to see and do in walking distance, including a nice park for the dog and kids. I had a great stay at Ted and Katrina’s place! The house was nice, cozy, and tucked away in a sweet and quiet neighborhood. Ted and Katrina were fantastic hosts—super responsive and very helpful throughout the stay. The location is perfect: close to the highway for easy access, but you’d never know it with how peaceful it is. Definitely worth the stay—highly recommend!

Beautiful place, clean, fun decor, super clean, super cozy!

this home is truly an escape. the minimalist and modern decor feel soothing and peaceful. we loved waking up with the sunlight filtering through the beautiful trees surrounding the home. we appreciated how clean and welcoming the place felt. we were just traveling through and didn't get to explore the area but just enjoying the restful home makes us want to go back.

Very nice place to stay, friendly and responsive host, would recommend

This was the perfect place for a group. We celebrated Christmas in the 4 bed 2 bath country home. We loved the fire pit and natural surroundings. Everything was spotless and high quality. Huge laundry room and most of the rooms are large. Oscar’s hospitality was excellent and we couldn’t be happier. A good value if you want to get away in the Northern California countryside.
