The cottage is 10 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey Islands, 700 m from the beach, GR 223, and 5 minutes from Granville Golf, the horse club and the "Prévithal" balneotherapy center. From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that travel through this heritage village.

Apartment facing south in the city center facing the fishing port of Granville, exceptional view, on the second floor without elevator access. Very clear, this apartment has 4 windows on the harbour which gives an impression of a living painting from anywhere. The large central room is separable by sliding door which allows to create a sleeping space in addition to the bedroom independent of the kitchen/dining room. We have completely renovated this apartment.
