The sitting room boasts two recliner chairs and a tv. Hidden in an armoire, kitchen amenities provide convenience. The sitting room balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee. 17 stairs must be climbed to access the listing. The apartment is on the street side of our home and I will probably be in residence during your stay.

Beautiful 3 bedroom house quite neighborhood

Relax and enjoy your vacation days with your loved ones at this beautifully decorated, freshly remodeled house in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the street. Awake rested & refreshed in our top of the line beds along with ultra soft and comfortable bedding. The cozy & private master bedroom features king size bed with a premier purple mattress as well as a private exit through the master bathroom onto the screened in back patio. The furnished serene patio is also a perfect place to unwind.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy a peaceful country setting 32 minutes to pier park, 21 minutes to the airport, 23 min to Gulf Coast Medical, 26 min to Bay Medical Center. The home is located on almost an entire acre of fenced in property that your pet can enjoy. Have your morning coffee on the porch in the private serenity garden located just off the bedroom, or sit around the fire in the backyard. Whether for work or pleasure enjoy a slice of country life.

Please note the step up to the bathroom and ONE low bed. Some guests have trouble with these! The futon folds down into a twin size bed. If you have one kid (or two small ones) they may be comfy sleeping here. Let me know and I’ll make it up for you before you arrive.
