Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in York

Extremely beautiful space. We could tell upon entering that the space was treated and decorated with love and care. The location was extremely convenient for our time exploring York and there were clear manuals and instructions provided in case we needed to use any of the electronics.

Great flat, perfect location, especially for train travel. Very close to city center and walkable. The place was clean and well stocked with all essentials. Really comfortable beds. Overall, very nice place. Would definitely return.

The apartment was very clean, tidy, modern, cozy and very bright. In overall, it is a lovely place which made us feel very comfortable. It had everything we needed during our stay and everything was as described and shown in the photos. The area is very safe and quiet but also comfortable when it comes to getting to the railway station, which for us was perfect as we had many luggage and didn't need to pay a taxi. It is also close to the centre and can get there by walking. The building itself is also clean, safe, green and quiet. Mark and Donna were really obliging, they answered all our questions, helped us with everything and had everything sorted. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone visiting York!

Just had a wonderful stay at this property, which is located just a couple of minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants and bars. The check-in details were on point and we easily found and accessed the property with no issues. Once inside the photos were a true representation of the flat. The location as above was second to none, although next to a fairly busy road (masked by bushes), the glazing did a great job and we could not hear anything, it was also nice to look out over the town walls. We only had 1 issue regarding cleaning and that was the cooker hood, which did not look like it had been cleaned for months, leading to a strong cooking smell all over the flat. So ended up cleaning it myself and contacting Pass the Keys who dropped off additional dishwasher tablets (even though on instructions it stated not to use the dishwasher). All in all a great property, easily walkable to all the main attractions, with parking right outside the door.

The place was very well located, and close to great places to visit in York. The place was very clean and bright. Would definitely stay again.

Great very central apartment a few minutes walk from the city centre. On site parking was a real bonus. Everything you could possibly need inside the apartment if you want to eat in and the lovely welcome basket with really appreciated.

We had a great 3 night/4 day stay in May 2025. The apartment was spotless, well equipped, even for longer stays, with plentiful glassware, crockery etc, pots and pans, food mixer...for those wanting to whip up a cake..detergents for hand-washing pans, dishwasher and washing machine. TV with Sky package meant there was something to watch if needed. Bathrooms provided with towels and travel kits, containing body wash, shampoo, conditioner etc. Great location with pubs, eateries, bakery in immediate vicinity, and Sainsburys easy 5/10 minute walk into York centre. The host, Alison, is really good at responding to any questions, and on our arrival there was a bottle of prosecco, a box of shortbread, and a teddy bear for our youngest member, all of which was very appreciated. 10/10 would recommend, and will certainly be on our rebook list when we return.

We were here for an overnight stay for a wedding nearby, let us check in a bit earlier to get ready for it, didnt spend alot of time there but its a really lovely home very spacious and the beds were comfortable

Lovely property, clean and plenty of room for the five of us. Lots of fab wall art. Everything you need is there, lots of little touches enhanced the stay. John was really helpful and gave great recommendations about the shops/bars both locally and in the city. Easy walking distance to all amenities. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in York.

A very good find and would definitely use again if coming to York. So handy for the station, the city centre, restaurants, parks and walks. The local environment was lively and quiet and even though close to a main road there was no traffic noise.

Lovely riverside home. Short walk to the Rambles, the Minster, Roman Wall and more. Easy check-in and a very warm welcome! A wonderful experience for our group of 4 ladies. The view is AMAZING!

Lovely accommodation, very responsive and helpful hosts. The weather was so lovely and there was a lovely sheltered seating area outside, this was so pleasant we actually cancelled our restaurant reservation and ate at the house! Short walk into York, great location.

Fantastic place to stay. Clean, very well equipped, comfortable and within very easy access to the city centre.

Overall a lovely stay at Anna’s place for a long weekend to explore both the city and Yorkshire coast and moor. Neat and spacious. It was convenient for us to drive round and there a couple supermarkets nearby. Love how functional the kitchen is, however slightly let down by the pool table and a couple cues felt not looked after.

This was our second stay at the Coach House, and we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome by Dale. York gave us more pleasant surprises this time and the discovery of the riverside walkways was a highlight. The local eats on the Bishy Road were again a delight.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house in York. The property is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, making it feel warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Everything was clean and the amenities were excellent – from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. The location was ideal – just a short (15-20mins) and pleasant walk to the centre of York, so we could explore all the sights, shops, and restaurants without needing a car. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we really appreciated how peaceful the neighborhood was despite being so close to everything. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting York – we’d definitely stay here again!

Clean and had everything we needed.

Jackie’s spacious Airbnb was 5 star+. This was the best Airbnb we had stayed in. The location was peaceful and quiet. Jackie had thought of everything to make it feel like home. Beautifully and tastefully furnished. The kitchen had everything required to self cater. The basket of goodies was much appreciated. Very comfortable bed with extra pillows and crisp white linen. The large bathroom included a washing machine and a fabulous shower. Communication with Jackie was easy and she was quick to respond to my questions. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting York and it’s surrounds.

This is one of the nicest Airbnb properties we've stayed in. Beautifully kept, clean apartment, with super-comfy furnishings and a proper personality with real artwork, thoughtful decor, interesting books, and even a piano. It was easy to access with a simple lock code and key, and walkable to the middle of town in about 20 minutes with plenty of eateries etc on the way. Nice quiet area but close to the action. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfection!! Clive's place is a wonderful place to stay. Clive and Julie are great hosts, friendly, helpful, accommodating and very welcoming. The welcome 'goodies' were very appreciated and tasty. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, the bed is super comfy and the shower is large with good water pressure. The outdoor area is a real delight, we sat and watched the ducks, the other birds (saw kingfishers!) and the squirrels. We had everything we needed for a happy, memorable stay. There are lots of walks in the area, plus a number of interesting things to see and do. It's an easy train ride to York, Harrogate and Leeds and the station is a short walk from the unit. There are a lot of pubs and cafes within easy walk - The Half Moon pub does delicious pizza! Overall, we very highly recommend Clive's unit and would return often if we could.

Lovely house in a beautiful location with stunning views of the countryside! Great communication from the host, April, meant the property was easy to find. Highly recommend.

Slightly apprehensive as this was my first time using airbnb but my fear was unfounded. The absolutely beautiful snug was the perfect stay. From leaving us complimentary bread, croissants, buns, a bottle of orange juice, a bottle of milk, butter with 2 selection of homemade jams, multiple choices of teas and coffee. A basket of drinks and chocolate was supplied at a rate of £2.50 per item which is brilliant if your caught short. Robes, slippers, towels,shower gel, a cabinet full of womens makeup and other necessities was also provided. I have no bad words at all to say about the snug and before we walked out the door we knew we would be back.
