Situated within a 20 minute walk of York railway station,or a 25 minute walk by the beautiful river Ouse into York centre. The property benefits from free on-street parking. In addition, a bus stop at the end of the street gives access to the city & beyond. We have recently completed a full renovation, featuring a new, fully equipped kitchen, a stylish modern bathroom & fresh interiors.

It's only a 5-minute walk to one of the main streets in York and to the walls which encircle the city. We welcome dogs but there is an additional charge of £25.

We have shops, pubs and a playground in our little neighbourhood - The Railway Quarter - right next to the town centre, which is easily reached via a lovely walk by the river or a couple of minutes by bus/car. We have two Double Rooms and sofa bed, catering for either families or mixed groups.
