Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in York Beach

Maria made the stay exceptionally easy and peaceful. It felt as though it was our own house but re-located right next to Ogunquit beach! If we had any questions she always made sure to respond promptly, but there weren't many questions as she made the instructions very clear before we even got there! Looking forward to visiting again sometime in the future!

"Extraordinary Architectural Masterpiece" pretty much sums up the apartment. Nice open spaces with elegant lighting and design touches throughout. Lots of windows ensured it was bright and offered great views of the city (often made possible by an abundance of parking lots close by - this is a good thing!). We were able to walk to a number of great restaurants, none of which were more than 10 minutes on foot. Likewise, the ferry to Peaks Island is an easy walk (and worth the trip, particularly if you rent a bike which is super easy). Alice was super responsive when I reached out with questions and updates on timing. So all good and glad we stayed there!

This was my second stay at Scott‘s amazing penthouse. So beautiful and comfortable and clean and you can’t beat the views across the harbor. I really needed a break and loved the comfortable beds! Just as described. Close to restaurants, shops and waterfront. The proximity to everything and the parking so close by made for a relaxing weekend. Scott was always immediately responsive when I had a question. I hope to be back for a third time in the future.

Stayed alone for a week and it was very nice. The surrounding area had lots of neighbors/ people walking around w their dog or family or just going for a jog felt very safe. I had some issues with the wifi but Travis responded within 30 minutes and helped me with it. The only thing is that the walls are thin so you can hear almost everything but besides that everything else was very nice!

We had a wonderful stay for the UNH graduation weekend. Highly recommend, peaceful setting, comfortably furnished, everything we needed. The full kitchen was very helpful and well stocked for needs, and the grounds were relaxing. Walkable to spots in Dover, easy drive to Durham, close to Portsmouth. Very responsive hosts, would love to return!

Seth was the best host I’ve had. He was super helpful and understanding of my situation. Location was great around 23 mins from Portland. Place was a great price since staying in Portland was pricey and parking would be a nightmare. Thank you Seth for an easy stay.

We loved our stay! The location was PERFECT. Very walkable to the downtown area, but private and quiet. The space was clean, cozy and exactly what we needed for our weekend away! Our host was flexible and responsive, I would absolutely recommend staying here

Christian replies our questions very promptly with details and politeness. The unit is very spacious and cozy with sufficient amenities and furniture. The neighborhood is super quiet and friendly. You can walk around at ease even during the night. Lots of delicious food and cute shops around and there is a nice supermarket in 10-minute walk. Overall I had a very comfortable and impressive stay here with my family.

Would definitely stay here again. Was really a first class space that made our family feel very relaxed.

WONDERFUL!! Can't say enough great things about Peter's place. We rented all three places for family and it could not have been better. Fully equipped kitchen with sharp knives, beautiful views, ideal location, comfy beds - everything was just awesome.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Heidi's home. She was an exemplary host from the beginning to the very end -- always responsive, flexible, and very helpful. She knew we were going to be arriving at nighttime, and that there would be construction going on nearby with exit closures. She took time to provide detailed instructions on how to get around those closures which alternated between two exists every night from 7pm-7am. This is their real home, so when you enter, you feel like you have entered your home away from home. Everything in the house is not just clean, but spotless. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings are just gorgeous -- especially the sunroom, which is like something out of a dream. We even saw some wild turkeys at a distance in the backyard! Of all the Airbnbs we have stayed at, this was by far the nicest and the most memorable. Thanks so much, Heidi and Dennis.

We have been going to York for about 40 yrs. and for the last few yrs. rented over Memorial Day for our family and this is our favorite so far. The home is beautiful with a very comfortable and homey feeling. Everything we needed was provided. This spot is a good fit for our family and close to Long Sands. We plan on returning in the future. Beautiful home, incredible convenience of being able to walk down a trail to the market and cafe for everything you could possibly need (and then some!) and such picturesque surroundings -- including trails on their property along with Wagon Hill Farm across the street. This property is perfection!

Absolutely stunning home that has everything you need and wonderful common spaces to gather with your family both indoors and outdoors. The space was perfect for a stay with myself, my sister, mom, 2 cousins, and aunt. Will and the rest of his team were proactive communicators and happy to accommodate any requests we had - incredibly professional and friendly. The home was well located to things in York with a trail close by along the water which was lovely, and very peaceful surroundings. Everything was squeaky clean and it was clear the care and attention to detail they put into the home. We hope to come back as a family for a stay annually because we had such a wonderful time!!

The condo was extremely clean and tidy. Location is perfect for shopping in Perkins Cove and walking the Marginal Way. Once again, another great visit!

We loved our stay here, perfect location and a clean and comfortable stay! Lots to do in Portsmouth and the surrounding area and especially lots of great places nearby to eat. Convenient to have 2 parking spots and to be right next to a great restaurant! Well hope to be back in the future!

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

Great place to stay for our family of 4. I asked for 3 beds and that request was made possible. I enjoyed the area and it was quiet and peaceful place to rest after walking around the beaches and or state parks. Amenities were very good and communication with the check in team was excellent.

Great spot. Many thoughtful details! The stairs are steep but we managed it fine. Lots of touches that make you feel comfortable in your home away from home.
