Condo holiday rentals in York Beach

Me and my friends had a wonderful vacation in Wells! The condo was even closer to the beach than listed online (it took us about one minute to walk to the shore from there), and there were lots of lovely restaurants nearby as well. The home was clean and comfortable, and our hosts were responsive and welcoming. We appreciate them opening their home to us and would recommend this place to future travelers :)

Todd's AirBnB was exactly as described. The kitchen and bath were updated and beautiful. It had the hominess of wood beams and brick. The location could not have been better. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants.

Condo was exactly as pictured. The location with unobstructed views of the ocean is very hard to beat. The L-shaped enclosed porch really makes this condo very special. The detailed communication made everything easy. We had a nice time and would love to return.

The condo is in a great location with a beautiful view! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed like beach chairs, and plenty of bath towels. Jody even checked in before we arrived and did some baby proofing for us!

This was a great find and enjoyed our 3 week there - We got to meet a few neighbors, and they were very nice as well - Very close to restaurants and Wells Beach - WIFI worked great as I work from home and the tip about leaving the second car at the Wells Transportation Center helped a lot ! Danielle was great with communication and rules - We would stay here again

Perfect location for walking to everything. Clean private space and well kept up. Every thought has been put into supplies from wine openers to coffee its all there. We would love to return next year, couldn't be happier

What more can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests? The place was perfect for our 35th anniversary get-a-way. Darryl was so on top of things. We had a question and it was answered within 2 minutes. He really is a SUPER HOST.

The condo was perfect! Very clean, neat, cute decor. I loved the box of dog supplies that the host left. The condo was also in a GREAT area, walkable to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, stores. The host, Jason was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return to Portland and stay in this condo again.

James and Jeni were excellent hosts. James or Jeni got back to me quickly if I had a question and often checked in to see if we needed anything. The apartment was spacious, super clean and cozy. The furniture and beds were new and comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. We loved being on a quiet street and just a quick walk to the town. We will definitely come back.

Great location (definitely check out Pedro’s across the street). The place was clean and well stocked with necessities. Beds were comfortable, pillows were good, curtains would have been nice due to the early sunrises.

Great place to stay in Brunswick! Extremely walkable to the downtown restaurants and shops. Clean and bright space with spacious bedrooms (enough space to throw a pack-and-play in one of the bedrooms). Beds were comfortable and living room/kitchen good for socializing! Bonus — you can also access the Androscoggin River path for a nearby dose of nature and water. This is the second location of Spencer’s we’ve stayed in (the other about two years ago) and both stays were awesome. Highly recommend for a trip to Brunswick!

Amazing apartment at a great location! Lots of character and the newly renovated kitchen was a plus. Very quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax. Dave is a great host and was very helpful and flexible when it came to our check in time. We definitely recommend his place and will be back soon! Thank you Dave!

We are very happy with our choice to stay at Andree's beautiful condo. Andree's place had everything -- everything -- we (and our dogs!) could need. She even provided a drawerful of dog bowls, toys, and treats -- not to mention doggy stairs and a doggy bed and coverings. The Himalayan yak cheese treats were brilliant, as they kept Tuxy and Jersey Girl occupied for quiet and satisfied mornings! The king bed was SO COMFORTABLE, and the 2 large TVs were perfectly placed. It was a great location -- right downtown, and also right on Back Harbor. We could walk out the door and watch the sunset shimmer on the water -- or walk in the other direction for a delicious gelato, fantastic seafood, or browsing local shops and galleries. Rockport is a delightful town in which to spend a summer holiday, and we highly recommend Andree's place.

Although it is a condo, it's 1st floor and extremely private with an awesome view! Very relaxing! It's just off the main road with many bars, restaurants, and ice cream within a 2 minute walk. Bob was a wonderful host... I would HIGHLY recommend this rental!

Marko was outstanding with responses and caring about our stay. The location is perfect.. walking distance to everything! And the VIEW was more beautiful than the photos!

We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Great location -- perfect for a "work away from home" week or an autumn visit -- hosts four adults super comfortably, location is great. Third year in a row and we always come back to here!

We love the location since it affords us quick access to the beach as well as other areas we have stayed over the years. Brianna is a super host and communicates well with us throughout the whole experience. We certainly will be back.

We stay at Hampton Beach every year for a few days. This has by far been the best. It seemed we were at home. Copmmunication with the owner and the facility was exceptional.

Lovely cottage with EVERYTHING you need (e.g, kitchen & bath items are very well stocked with many options - condiments, coffee/tea, hair dryer, towels, health & beauty products - you name it!)! The location is close to lovely attractions and eateries. We visited Lobster Pt. Lighthouse and took a cliff walk - beautiful views! Ogunquit beach is also close by. Highly recommend Hobbs Harborside Restaurant - great seafood! Diane was a very accommodating and responsive host! It was the perfect location for our weekend getaway.

I just got back from a wonderful stay at Baci Salati "Salty Kisses" condo at Belle of Maine. The condo is cute and cozy. It was very clean and has all the amenities needed. It is in a great location near restaurants, beaches and the grocery store. Evelyn is a wonderful host and was very easy to communicate with. I'm looking forward to staying there again in the future.
