Jessica was very communicative and her place was in a great location to access the area’s attractions. A comfortable home away from home. We enjoyed the pool and wish we had stayed longer. Thank you!

My family and I loved staying at the Seaholly cottage. The beds were extremely comfortable and the cottage was decorated beautifully. Lexi was very considerate when stocking the bathroom with every toiletry you could possibly need. The cottage is in the perfect location and very close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend staying at the Seaholly Cottage! You won't be disappointed! My family and I can't wait to book with Lexi again. We had a great vacation!

I truly can’t say enough positives about Stephanie’s place! First, the cottage looks even better in person. Second, the little details make all the difference from the quick response time, welcome card and lobster bag, a very informative welcome binder, and a fully stocked home which when added together, felt like OUR home! Some who is walker bound, found the property to have comfort height counters and toilet in the bathroom, two anti slip step stools to get into the bed if you’re short like myself, and remotes for everything (including instructions to use everything in the binder). If you think you need it, Stephanie supplied it from board games, lobster pot, cocktail kit, to a crockpot and a Bose speaker in the kitchen. There was a rainy day so afternoon vacay naps listening to music was a vacation-like you can get! Only suggestion would be there are closets in the bedroom but they have shelves. There are no places for hanged clothing. Bring some hangers, use hooks on bathroom door!

Great clean air bnb. Accurately as described.. looks good in photos but even better in-person. Bed was comfortable. Would rent their properties again.

Nice welcome basket with snacks and water bottles in each room with plenty of towels. It is very quiet and peaceful at the camp. It is great for relaxing and hanging out and there are places to eat just a few miles away. I would not stay here if I were looking for a place to swim, while it’s a beautiful water view, the shore is tiny and the vegetation in the water is too thick and slimy to swim. Beautiful sunsets over the water. If you are looking for a quiet, slightly rustic camp in the woods with waterfront views then you won’t be disappointed here.

Great cottage with a perfect location. Not too close to the ocean but close enough. Grocery stores and other shops within a mile radius. 10-20 miles gets you to many other small Maine locations.

1000 characters would not be enough to say all that I would want to say about our stay. Karl and Randy’s cottage is clean, comfortable, beautiful, cozy, private, surrounded by beaches and restaurants and shops all within 20 minutes!! We took two kids (ages almost 3 and almost 5) and it was an extremely kid friendly location all around. We enjoyed the heated pool, the golf cart, the private dead end road, the tennis courts, and all the attractions around. Karl was an exceptional host. So informative, kind, organized, you can tell he knows how to host very well! We last minute asked to extend our stay by a day and Karl was able to approve my request! We hope to be back!!!!!

Check in was a breeze, the house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Close to Moody Beach and just a short drive to Ogunquit village. Would recommend staying here!

We had a lovely stay! The place was clean and had everything we needed. Katie's instructions were clear and reasonable. We especially appreciated the gates on the deck and that there was room for our pack-n-play in the bedrooms since we were traveling with our one-year-old. We hope to be back sometime!

Extremely clean lake house with stunning views and all the comforts of home. Many sweet touches throughout the three bedroom house and fully appointed kitchen. Wishing we had more time to stay, relax, and enjoy the water, but would highly recommend this Air B&B! PS. I appreciated the railings along the steps down to the house, having had a recent knee replacement.

We really enjoyed Elizabeth's house. It was beautiful and peaceful. The dock and beach were great. Communication was awesome! would loved to stay stay again.

We had a great stay at the Salt Box Cottage in Wells. The house was charming, classic, and I think had a lot more real New England Character then other Airbnb's I have seen in the area. We appreciated how close it was to the beach and nearby restaurants. Gina was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. We wish we could have stayed here longer. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! Adam's Pond is beautiful, we even saw a bald eagle fly by several times! The house was great, with several outdoor spaces to spend time in. We loved using the grill and firepit when it was cooler at night. The neighbors were fairly close, so our dog was unable to roam as far as we might have liked, but overall it didn't impact our stay. A lovely spot for a long weekend!

Perfect little Maine cabin getaway! We enjoyed our stay so much. The cabin was clean, easy to find, and had everything we needed for four people and two dogs. Cannot recommend enough!

Larry's place was beautiful. There was a great view of the inlet from both downstairs and upstairs. It's within walking distance to downtown Portsmouth, which is great because parking can be tricky in town. But we had a long day driving so we just enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and relaxing. Having a bedroom with living room upstairs AND downstairs was perfect as it afforded my daughter and I each our own space. The only problem was we didn't have more than one night to stay!

Great cottage right on the lake! Kayaks were great to take out and explore the lake and see wildlife as well. The cottage is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well appointed for any cooking you may want to do. Grill and plenty of beach chair/ towels available as well. Adam is extremely responsive and I highly recommend. The place is quite peaceful though the lake gets pretty busy on the weekends with boats but not in an obnoxious way. Loved sipping coffee and reading on the dock each morning. Will definitely book again!

We had a great time at Flip Flop and would recommend. It is so close to the beach and the welcome book had great restaurant recommendations. The Beach Plums clam chowder was especially good. The drive to Portsmouth or Rye is just 12 minutes or so. So much to do in the city for first timers! We were doing family research in the area and it was a lovely way to spend time together. Our great grandfather was a shoaler so we were surprised to look out on a clear day and see the Isles of Shoals. Thank you Carrie for your responsiveness!

Perfect place to get away and relax. We enjoyed fishing in the morning and evening and sight seeing during the day. Quick trips into Portland, Kennebunkport, Freeport, and the Maine Botanical Gardens (highly recommended ). Locally we enjoyed the Maine Wildlife Park and u-pick strawberries. Picked up some wonderful seafood at Bob’s in Windham to cook in the well supplied kitchen. Mary Ellen and Brian have thought of the many little things that make the cottage a hospitable place. They answered our questions promptly leading up to our trip.

This Airbnb is an absolute hidden gem! It is a peaceful spot surrounded by nature in an convenient location. Inside, it's cozy and feels just like home. It’s very clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, and it’s very quiet. The spacious outdoor area is a dream, offering so many spots to sit with loved ones right by the water, from the fire pit to the dock and deck. The photos don't even begin to capture its beauty. We made lifelong memories in the backyard. The surrounding towns are packed with natural beauty and history, there is so much to do and so many lobster rolls to be eaten (I probably gained a few pounds exploring all the delicious food in Portsmouth). Andrew was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, full of good recs and making the whole experience seamless. The check out process was especially easy compared to some of my recent Airbnb’s, it was really nice being able to check out of an without having to do a laundry list of chores first 😅

My friend and I stayed here for a girls weekend, and the place was so cute, spotless, and the hosts were so friendly and responsive. The location was also great and centrally located. We had a blast and would for sure stay here again!

We were looking for a quiet place near the water to relax and unwind. Marina's place was perfect! We enjoyed kayaking, and great views of the lake whether reading on the deck or playing boardgames in the dining room on a rainy day. We'd definitely stay here again.

The view is even more stunning in person! Spent the weekend here with my family and it was breathtaking to say the least. Half of our time was spent just admiring the view because it’s that good. Cozy decor and open floor plan made it easy to settle in and feel right at home. Peaceful private neighborhood with great foliage. Perfect place for getting out on the water in kayaks, making s’mores, stargazing, and creating life long memories. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!!
