Waterfront holiday rentals in York Beach

This was the perfect spot for my first trip to Rockport! The location was fantastic, and it was well stocked with amenities. Even though we didn’t have great weather for our stay, the living room was perfect for getting cozy and watching a movie.

The location of Gigi’s place cannot be beat. Centrally located in Rockport, and above/adjacent to great restaurants. Apartment was immaculate and tasteful. Gigi provides very clear instructions and is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. We flew into Boston and did not rent a car for this stay. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the commuter train station, and a minute or two walk from the Dock Square CATA bus stop that can bring you to the train station as well as other places like Halibut Point State Park.

The loft is bright, beautiful, cozy and clean. Alexander is a wonderful host.

My husband, toddler and I stayed here and had a great time! We loved sitting on the roof deck and the living room has an amazing view of the water. We walked almost everywhere, which was so nice. Overall great location! Would recommend to anyone!

Jean is a cordial, friendly on site owner manager who takes great pride in her accommodations. No detail is too small to get her attention. Our unit was crisp, clean and delightfully appointed. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and delightful accommodations.

We had a great stay! The space was nice, clean, and very quiet. Parking was convenient, and the location was fantastic— since it was just a short drive the Crane Estate (where we attended a wedding). Communication with the host was great—we received quick and helpful responses. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept place in a great area!

Staying at Michael's lake house was the perfect retreat for our family. The first thing that stood out: The quiet. The house is on a cove just off the main lake, and it's so peaceful. We started our mornings with coffee on the screened in porch (yay no mosquitoes to worry about with kids!) and then spent the days kayaking, paddleboarding, and lying in the hammock. The lake itself is gorgeous and there's a sandbar that our girls loved! Meals were a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a lovely space to cook in (not to mention clean!). We grilled a couple of times too, which, for us, is a vacation must. It rained a little bit while we were there, but the house was well stocked with board games and honestly, everything was so beautifully decorated, it was just as relaxing indoors as outside. This little cottage was perfect for our needs for a family wedding at the Union Bluff. Timothy was a great host, responsive and proactive with great instructions. Upstairs there is a half bath with sink and toilet and a full bath downstairs with laundry - we were comfortable with 5 adults for two nights. Beds were comfortable and as described. The best part is the location - beach views from the living room and at least one bedroom (I didn't look in the other two as I checked in last in our group), and SO walkable to the beach and boardwalk area.

WONDERFUL!! Can't say enough great things about Peter's place. We rented all three places for family and it could not have been better. Fully equipped kitchen with sharp knives, beautiful views, ideal location, comfy beds - everything was just awesome.

My husband and I booked this place for a few days to get some time away together. It was perfect! The space is bright and inviting but also cozy and comfortable. We were a little nervous about the emphasis on being quiet but once you’re there, you appreciate the peaceful surroundings. Scott was very quick to respond to messages and was very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

This place is a gem! Exactly like their descriptions and photos, stunning ocean views from both upstairs and downstairs ocean windows, lots of space for large groups/families to be together as well as space of their own. Relaxing for the adults and plenty of fun things for kiddos as well. You can’t beat being a few steps from Nubble Lighthouse, Short Sands beach, and Dunne’s Ice cream! The hosts were always communicative, so we really felt their hospitality! Our family will most definitely be back!

Great stay

Christopher was a helpful host and his place was perfect! Clean, fully stocked, great location. It was close to lots of beaches and restaurants and the pool was great for the little ones

We loved our stay! Christina’s condo was comfortable, peaceful and perfectly located. We were walkable to the entire downtown area, museums, the concert venue, walking paths, shopping and restaurants. But the best thing was sitting outside on our private deck overlooking the harbor, with Motif #1 just across the inlet. We almost didn’t want to leave the condo…so gorgeous! And Christina is lovely, making sure we were okay, had everything we needed, so responsive. After the condo coffeemaker stopped working, she kindly offered a gift card to a nearby coffee shop, and before night fell, a new coffeemaker was delivered to the condo! Such a thoughtful host… we will be back!

We loved our stay here, perfect location and a clean and comfortable stay! Lots to do in Portsmouth and the surrounding area and especially lots of great places nearby to eat. Convenient to have 2 parking spots and to be right next to a great restaurant! Well hope to be back in the future!

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!
