I had a great stay at this Airbnb flat. The check-in process was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions and was responsive to messages. The flat was spotless and tastefully decorated, The location was ideal—just a short walk from restaurants, shops, and public transport. Wi-Fi was strong, and all appliances worked perfectly. It felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Will certainly stay here again in the future as we are regular visitors to Hà Nội. Duy was very helpful. The cafe on the ground floor does a great breakfast and a range of food if you don’t want to travel further for more up market restaurants.

We spent three delightful days at Van Anh‘s apartment. The view over the lake is spectacular, especially at night. Downstairs, in the street, there are many cafes and bars, the people are all having a great time, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. We walked round the small lake on the first day, and the entire lake on the second, with some help from buses and a taxi at the end. Van Anh was quick to respond to any questions we had, and helped us in any way she could.
