The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The guest house is located at the back of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room and sleeping area for four. A smaller patio is available next to the property. Close to the sea, lake, forest, ski resort and Bjäre Peninsula.

Cozy house of 65 sqm, the accommodation has been refreshed 2025 with new interior design, freshly painted facades and solar cells on the roof in 2021. Within a radius of approx. 10 30 minutes you will find i.a. golf, padel courts, flea markets, museums, beaches, various cities, cycle paths, national parks, Skåneleden and moose safaris.

For those who want to get away from driving, there are bicycles for rent. From autumn to early summer, the space can be used as student housing at a very heavily reduced price.

Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.
