This contemporary interior building is less than 10 minutes from the large lakes and shops, 15 minutes from the seaside resort of Biscarrosse beach, 45 minutes from Arcachon. The cottage is non-smoking, bedding and towels are provided as well as a breakfast tray with a Krups coffee machine, "Nespresso" pods, infusion and tea, sugar, cupcakes, bottled water.

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

You will have the choice to have an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available at an extra cost (50 euro unlimited per night of booking, from your arrival until your departure the next day. The house is ideally located in a village with a wide range of shops (grocery, bakery, butcher...), 25 mn away from Biscarrosse and Mimizan, 40 mn from Arcachon or an hour from Bordeaux. There is a train station 5 mn away from the house.
