Four bikes available* Very nice air-conditioned duplex for 4 people with garden, close to the lake (400 m) in a private residence consisting of semi-detached houses with garden/terrace in a wooded area. Refurbished, fully equipped. This accommodation consists of a living room on the ground floor with open kitchen and toilet, and two large bay windows overlooking the garden. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and plenty of storage.

La Bulle des Pins (with SPA option)

Relax in this quiet space with a private entrance without overlooking neighbours and an outdoor parking space. You will have the option of having a private outdoor spa/jacuzzi heated to 37°C (€50 for unlimited use until the next morning). For your convenience, sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. Two complimentary Tassimo coffee pods, as well as tea and herbal infusions, are provided. No cleaning fee, but we do ask that you leave the accommodation clean.

Small house (35m2) in the centre of Ychoux. The house offers a double bedroom, a dining/siiting rooom with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. terrace and private parking space. The house is ideally located in a village with a wide range of shops (grocery, bakery, butcher...), 25 mn away from Biscarrosse and Mimizan, 40 mn from Arcachon or an hour from Bordeaux. There is a train station 5 mn away from the house.
