It has an open kitchen, a long dining area and a small relaxation pool in its garden. It is located on the coastal road, within walking distance to Yalıkavak Marina. It offers a different Bodrum holiday that is design-oriented and enjoyable at the same time.

An outdoor area is featured with a private infinity pool surrounded by landscaped gardens. Sun loungers are positioned near the pool, and a sliding door opens to the villa interior, allowing for easy access. Clear blue skies and a modern architectural design complement the space.

The 2nd floor and terrace of the 2-story villa with Lebiderya sea views are rented. My house is located under Geriş, a calm area of Yalikavak. On the top floor of the apartment, it is only for your use, with a sea view there is a terrace. The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people) , bathroom/toilet , open kitchen, and balcony.. It is about 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

A terrace balcony features a wooden overhang with white canopies, offering panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. Two rattan chairs with plush cushions are positioned around a glass-topped table. The warm wooden flooring contrasts with the vibrant blue of the sea and the sky.

Our house was completely renovated in 2022 and has a modern architectural design. All rooms have magnificent views of the Aegean Sea. Our duplex house has an open kitchen, living room and toilet on the first floor. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 dressing room, a bathroom, and a terrace balcony. There is also a bed in the dressing room to be used if needed. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. In the summer, you can watch the sunrise and sunset.
