Dimitris was such a great host, very responsive from the moment of booking to meeting us at check in even though our flight arrival was gone midnight. Dimitris was very friendly and informative and helped us book a local restaurant and gave us other recommendations! Tramonto Villa is stunning and very spacious with everything you could possibly need - a home away from home! The views from the villa garden are second to none; mountains, sea and sunset and a short walk up to the town of beautiful Zia. Kids loved the pool and also easy to keep an eye on them from the sunbeds and inside the sun room. Thank you for the perfect holiday!

We stayed in the house for a base to explore Kos. It is really well equipped house with everything down to the coffee pods and the shampoo. It’s spacious and light and in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s shops locally and you can walk into the town centre easily. A baker, supermarket and restaurant are all located within 5 minutes walk. I would stay here again if we return to Kos in the future

We stayed at Spitaki House for a week. The house was perfect in every way. It was very nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The garden of the house was also very enjoyable. It was also very good for us because it was right next to the beach. The owners of the house were very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you also for the gifts. If I ever come to Kos again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

We had a delightful and memorable stay in touch with nature with its peaceful garden. The amenities in the house are quite sufficient, clean and quiet, within walking distance to the center. There is a private car park for the vehicle.

I loved my stay in Bodrum! The place was a little tricky to find at first as Google maps took me to the wrong location, but Erdem came and found me and guided me to the right spot. It’s very cosy and I loved that it has a washing machine. It’s easy to walk into the center, about 10 min walk. I would definitely stay again.

The panoramic sea view from the terrace? Unreal. Every morning felt like waking up in a magazine spread. The pool area was our private paradise — we spent hours sunbathing, sipping wine, and feeling completely at peace. Inside, every room was spacious, stylish, and air-conditioned for absolute comfort. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Taner Bey himself. His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication to making us feel welcome made all the difference. He arranged everything we needed, responded instantly to our messages, and made us feel like VIP guests from beginning to end. 🥳🥳

This place is a gem! Looks even better than the photos, is clean, and a great value for the money. My only suggestion is to get Yavuz to navigate you directly to the location. We speak Turkish and know the Bodrum area well, and it was still initially difficult for us to find (but the view makes the climb so worth it!) You will definitely enjoy your holiday here, but you will need to rent a car. Enjoy!

They were very helpful during my stay. It was a clean and beautiful place. Especially the fact that the bagel bakery was very close, it was great to start the day with fresh bagels and tea every morning. I would like to thank them very much for their hospitality, smiling faces, and quick resolution of my questions. It was a stay I was satisfied with.

Apartment is exactly as shown in photos, the location is perfect for exploring the old town and lots of small touches in the apartment by the host to make us feel welcome. The balcony was really spacious and lovely to sit and have a coffee and see the street below.

Fabulous seaview Kos apartment located between the Old Town and the Marina - a great base if you are holidaying or coming off a sailing charter. The apartment is spacious and the living area generous and comfortable with great views of the Aegean. There is a furnished balcony with beautiful views to the port and the Marina, as well across to Turkey (watching Bodrum light up like a chandelier over aperitivo is an experience). The kitchen is very well set up with crockery, cooking pots and utensils and appliances (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, sandwich toaster etc). There’s also a washing machine, iron & ironing board. There are fabulous restaurants in easy walking distance including the EDI Grill downstairs (they will do takeaway if you want to eat in the apartment), a Supermarket (also downstairs) and a beach club across the road. Vaggelis is also a great host - proactive, responsive, flexible and very helpful. We loved our stay here and hope to

Good value, a little tricky to locate but the host provided good information. Property is more than half an hour drive from Bodrum. Host was great to deal with.

We stayed in Bodrum for 3 days. Absolutely incredible city on water! Great people, our hosts were super easy to work with, great I instructions, go rent a boat directly from the boat owner, enjoy the restaurants! This apt is up a slight hill only 100 feet from the marina, fairly new apt, good shower, laundry, two nice rooms, great toiletries, balcony, private compound. Quiet. There is a dog and cat in the compound, don’t be afraid, he doesn’t bite, he might follow u to make sure you aren’t a bad guy! Bodrum is the best! Think… Newport Beach California is vibes except Turkish….

First of all, the location of the house was in the very center of the old city, within walking distance to everywhere. This was one of the most beautiful features. The sheets, the bathroom, the towels, the whole house was spotless. We had no problems with cleaning. The hosts and staff were friendly. They always wanted to ask about our needs and help. We had a great stay at this cosy BnB. It is located in a complex with other apartments, yet feels very private. Everything was as expected.

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

What a wonderful apartment and so nicely decorated! The apartment is just outside the city center, so it is quiet, but you are close to the supermarket (3-minute walk), restaurants (1-minute walk) and the beach (2-minute walk). Our host had some basic groceries ready for us, which was very nice because of our late arrival. The apartment has screens everywhere, so no insects in the house. In addition to a washing machine and drying rack, there is also a dishwasher and air conditioning (which can be operated per room). The beds are nice and in the afternoon you can sit in the shade in front of the house. Ioannis is a very good host, who responds quickly and comes to the rescue if necessary. If you go to Kos, choose this apartment!

Everything went great from the first rental moment to the end, he gave local advice, so we both visited and ate, the location of the 😁 house is great, he doesn't exaggerate, it's 50 meters away from everywhere. We traveled everywhere without getting tired. Even the treats in the house were not missing. My host is very thoughtful. Thank you very much for answering all our questions and helping us. Beatiful place overlooking mountains and ocean. Renting a car is definitly recommended. Using google translate from English to Turkish and vice versa is a must. Thanks for a beatiful and memorable stay!
