Couldn’t rate this higher. We had such a great stay, the flat is so interesting - nothing like your typical IKEA Airbnb, it’s full of unusual pieces that Fernando and Pepe have collected. There was a festival happening (which was a lovely surprise), and they so kindly asked us to celebrate it with them. From start to finish, it was the perfect experience. And the surrounding area is filled with beautiful nature, plus a natural swimming spot very close by.

The apartment is just like the photos, very spacious and very clean. It has everything, it is very well equipped. The location and views are incredible. The beach next door is very beautiful and 8 minutes walk away is La Concha beach. Communication with Manuel was perfect, and he welcomed us with some gifts that surprised us. I recommend it 100%

Very happy with the place. It's one of those places where you can see that they take care of every last detail. The apartment is fully refurbished and clean as well as not being able to. We didn't need anything. I would definitely come back.

We will return with great pleasure on occasion, the view is beautiful at any time, it is quiet there is no noise, you can walk down to the beach by small stairs that give a magnificent view we recommend x1000

Clean apartment with good location beautiful views.

It is a very complete apartment. From very attentive Laura, she gave us directions and taught us the facilities of the Apt. Everything is very well organized, clean, with the bathroom utensils and accessories, kitchen, suitable rooms and is great, very grateful to the host for the flexibility when going out. We have left water in the fridge and Colacao 🙏🏻 detail that is appreciated as well. Very comfortable we were.

The best thing about the penthouse is the terrace with sea views. Located right on the waterfront. If you like to walk, you can walk for miles near the sea, because Moncofa is connected to other villages, which you can reach on foot. Very good communication with the host. The apartment is clean and very quiet. To repeat. We were very comfortable.

Polite and friendly hostess who greeted us personally and showed us the apartment and gave us tips. The apartment is equipped with good quality furniture, the beds are also ideal for back patients. From the living room and the terrace, a good view of the harbour. Unfortunately, as is often the case in Spain, there were sometimes problems with unpleasant odours (hallway, lift, small toilet and terrace) from the sewer system, which was beyond Alicia's control. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as smaller supermarkets and two slightly larger ones. Bus and tram around the corner, so you could get around easily without a car. We spent 14 days in this apartment and enjoyed the time.

Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Quiet and easy to access, next to a campsite where there were not many people given the season. The listing is located in a complex with many listings. Unused basement parking because it's a little narrow to my liking. The environment is peaceful compared to the rest of the city of Orpesa where there are many building bars. The property is nice and well arranged. It lacked equipment (kettle, coffee maker, dryer etc.) and was rather dirty with a lot of dust (probably because it was not occupied before) especially the terrace. Very comfortable bedding. Communication with the host very easy by messaging.

The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

First of all the super friendly host, a very new loft, with choice for people with limited mobility, the comfortable bed, the cool jacuzzi, functional fridge and cooker (there are all the necessary utensils) and by the time we did not use the stove with wood fire but also must be very nice

Beautiful apartment on two floors with two full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Perfect for families. My parents were on the same level as the living room/kitchen which is perfect for them, while we were upstairs with the kids. Well soundproofed and A/C that works very well. Kitchen with a lot of convenience. You can walk to the beach, close to everything and even a grocery store in the same building! The host was very welcoming and responsive. He takes the time to show you around. We would definitely have stayed longer! Thanks to the apartment, Peniscola was a big favourite.
