Family-friendly holiday rentals in Xàtiva

We loved our stay - the house is perfectly equipped, beautiful and comfortable. There were plenty of places to gather but we could also spread out. Rosana’s recommendations improved our experience and she was super helpful and responsive. We highly recommend her place and would definitely stay there again.

El departamenro de Justo fue amor a primera vista y no defraudo. Ademas de todas las comodidades q ofrece tiene un piano en la sala que para cualquier aficionado (como es el caso de nuestra familia) fue un plus. Justo es muy abierto y bondadoso con su espacio, comparte su hogar y sus bienes como si sus huespedes fueran familia. Te deja su musica, sus libros, sus bebidas con total confianza. Nos recibio con un aperitivo al llegar y estuvo en contacto previo a cada momento. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, ban̈os completo en cada habitacion. Lavadora, lavavajilla. Te deja elementos de playa, espacio en sus placares. Tiene agua filtrada en el grifo q parece una pavada pero resuelve enormemente la logística diaria. Se encuentra a distancia a pie de la Ciudad de la Ciencias y el Parque Gulliver. En fin, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria (es cierto q tiene un tema de olor al accionar el ban̈o principal pero me temo que q un tema generalizado de Valencia y no propio)

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

Eine schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit Pool. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, ein Auto definitiv von Vorteil. Es ist alles da was man brauch, sogar ein Außengrill. Frische Orangen und Zitronen die man direkt von den Bäumen auf dem Grundstück pflücken & mittels vorhandener Küchengeräte gleich zu z.B. Limonade oder Orangensaft verarbeiten kann. Nando ist sehr freundlich, schnell zu erreichen und stets hilfsbereit gewesen. Gerne wieder!!!

La estancia ha sido fantástica, tanto que da pena irse, mi hijo ha pasado unos ratos inolvidables y los adultos también jejeje.

En resumen: la cabaña, la atención de Álvaro, las vistas, el silencio y Llop han sido realmente increíbles, una experiencia diferente, el jacuzzi enorme, un árbol en la terraza trasera de hojas rojas que me enamoró, muy cerca de gandia pueblo, todo realmente bien. Sin duda si tenemos la oportunidad volveremos segurisimo!!

Het is een fijn huis met een heerlijk terras. Het uitzicht is prachtig en voldoende mogelijkheden voor schaduw. De matrassen zijn misschien aan een update toe. Het geluid van de snelweg hoor je wel goed alhoewel ik me kan voorstellen dat niet iedereen daar last van heeft. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de jacuzzi omdat we er de hele maand mei waren.

I stayed a week while visiting my son. It was a wonderful experience. The apartment is fantastic and the square is an oasis in the middle of busy place del carmen.

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días tranquilos y descansar. El entorno es precioso y te ofrece posibilidades para pasear y disfrutar de la zona. Las vistas son espectaculares y tiene muy cerca un par de calas muy bonitas también. Desde luego, merece la pena

Es una casa muy bonita situada muy cerca del mar, en la zona de las Rotes, la mas bonita a mi parecer de Denia. AItor fue muy atento, con una explicacion genial a la llegada de la casa, puntual y educado. La casa cumplia todas las expectativas, tanto con la descripción con lo que nosotros buscabamos . Mi mujer y yo hemos pasado unos dias estupendos, en la casa, en las playas, en los restaurantes. En resumen, todo fue excelente y felicito a Aitor por saber tener un espacio tan bonito y con una comunicación excelente. A todo un 10 !!! Repetiremos seguro ... ya tenemos nuestra casa en Denia !!!!

Our recent stay at Edu's apartment was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, we felt immediately at home; the apartment exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its charming character far surpassed the already appealing photos. The location was incredibly convenient, placing us within easy walking distance of many key attractions, while simultaneously providing the peace and quiet of a safe and pleasant neighbourhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend Edu's apartment to anyone seeking comfortable and well-situated accommodation. Thank you again for your hospitality, Edu!

Estancia fantástica! Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en familia. Ideal para ir con niños por la comodidad de estar literal a pie de playa. Una casa muy bonita, práctica y con unas vistas maravillosas. Todo facilidades y sencillo con Manuela, muy amable. Intentaremos volver seguro!

Prachtig schoon en compleet appartement! Fantastisch uitzicht!! Alles wat je nodig bent is aanwezig! Meer dan complete keuken ingericht. Het appartement is klein maar waanzinnig praktisch ingericht! Mijn zoon en ik hebben een fantastische tijd gehad!! Groet Lars en Marieke

We had a great stay at Inés’ cosy and atmospheric place with a beautiful architectural touch. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything we needed. You are 5 minutes walk from the historic center. Three metro stations are also in walking distance. Very good communication with Inés! She is a responsible and professional host. Check-in instructions are very clear and easy to deal with. Inés kindly let us to store our luggage before check-in time as we arrived early in the morning. And also gave us helpful information about the area. Great experience! I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back:)

Es increible! It was the best place I ever been! This house stands right in a middle of the awesome forest. We enjoyed the surroundings and totally disconnected from city. Ze and Nacho treated us like a friends. I recommend to ask Ze about their own naturally made essential oils and products. I wish to come back as soon as possible. Thanks!

Just stayed at Maria’s place with all our family 6 adults and one 10 month old and this place is brilliant Super clean and well furnished and modern with everything you could need. The pool was our highlight we used it constantly The villa is also only 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and bars and nice little beach aswell. Can’t recommend it enough Thanks Maria

Jean Paul und Francine sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sie sind nebenan und dadurch gut erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat. Die Villa hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Sie bietet den perfekten Mix aus Erholung, Ruhe und wenn man möchte kann man in der Umgebung an verschiedenen Marinas oder kleinen Städtchen - aber auch touristischen Orten wie Calpe in den Rummel eintauchen.Ein Mietwagen ist nötig. Wir haben die wunderbare Lage, die Sauberkeit und vor allem den Blick aus dem Esszimmer sehr genossen. Der Pool war blitzblank und hat uns täglich zum Schwimmen eingeladen. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

7 of us (20 - 50year old females) have just returned from a lovely stay at this Villa and the experience was perfect. Lovely setting, lovely villa and just far enough out to be away from the madness of Benidorm but close enough to dip our toes in when we felt like it. Kevin the property manager was excellent and was on constant speed dial for taxis and everything and anything we needed. We had no issues at all and I would absoloutley return/recommend.

Bienvenido, el anfitrión estuvo siempre atento y con una comunicación fácil y fluida. La casa estaba muy limpia y con todas las comodidades necesarias. Está en plena naturaleza, tranquilidad asegurada. Ideal para escapada con amigos o familia.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

The villa was immaculate, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every little detail was thought out, from the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen. It felt both homely and welcoming – the perfect balance. A huge thank you to Joe, the host, who was outstanding from start to finish. He was friendly, responsive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests’ experience, and it shows. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, a romantic escape, or just a serene place to unwind, this is it. I can’t wait to come back and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

Fantástica Casa Rural!! Perfecta para desconectar y disfrutar de la zona exterior con piscina, con vistas a las montañas. Las habitaciones eran amplias y cómodas y los aseos preciosos y cuidados!! Dentro de la casa, aún en Verano, se está fresquito. Mi única recomendación a los viajeros es que se lleven tapones para el ruido ya que las puertas de toda la casa hacen mucho ruido y te pueden despertar. Así como llevarte antifaz porque en algunas habitaciones hay tragaluces sin cortinas. Es zona rural, no os olvidéis del repelente para mosquitos! Por lo demás, maravilloso!

Amazing apartment, hosts extremely attentive, helpful and everything was in the apartment that you could need. My only slight minor criticism was that two of the bedrooms were clearly children’s rooms and there were toys in the living room which may be useful for some but not us. The bathroom door is also a substitute which doesn’t lend to the overall amazing-ness of the apartment. Having said those minor points do not be discouraged from booking it. The view is totally wow and possibly the best I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend it highly enough or Begoña for her welcome and friendliness. Thank you, we’ll be back.
