Family-friendly holiday rentals in Xàtiva

Second year in Claudio's apartment and delighted!!! We found everything the same or better, very good area, unbeatable pool, beach nearby and clean apartment with everything you need and with Mady as always super helpful and charming, we'll keep seeing each other!!

We loved our stay - the house is perfectly equipped, beautiful and comfortable. There were plenty of places to gather but we could also spread out. Rosana’s recommendations improved our experience and she was super helpful and responsive. We highly recommend her place and would definitely stay there again.

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

A nice cozy apartment with pool. The area is very quiet, a car is definitely an advantage. Everything you need is there, even an outdoor grill. Fresh oranges and lemons that you can pick directly from the trees on the property and use existing kitchen appliances to make lemonade or orange juice, for example. Nando is very friendly, quick to reach and has always been helpful. Glad to come back!!!

The stay was fantastic, so much so that it's a shame to leave, my son had an unforgettable time and the adults too hehehe.

In short: the cabin, Alvaro's service, the views, the silence and Llop were really incredible, a different experience, the huge jacuzzi, a tree on the back terrace with red leaves that I fell in love with, very close to Gandia town, everything really good. If we have the chance, we'll definitely be back!!

Great place to stay and discover the area. Supermarket really close by and nice villages with great restaurants too. Comfy home and the kids loved the jacuzzi

I stayed a week while visiting my son. It was a wonderful experience. The apartment is fantastic and the square is an oasis in the middle of busy place del carmen.

Excellent place to spend a few quiet days and rest. The environment is beautiful and offers you possibilities to stroll and enjoy the area. The views are spectacular and it is very close to a couple of very nice coves as well. Definitely worth it

It is a very nice house located very close to the sea, in the Rotes area, the most beautiful in my opinion of Denia. AItor was very attentive, with a great explanation upon arrival of the house, punctual and polite. The house met all expectations, both with the description with what we were looking for . My wife and I have had a great time, in the house, on the beaches, in the restaurants. In short, everything was excellent and I congratulate Aitor on knowing how to have such a beautiful space with excellent communication. A whole 10 !!! We will repeat for sure ... we already have our house in Denia !!!!

Our recent stay at Edu's apartment was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, we felt immediately at home; the apartment exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its charming character far surpassed the already appealing photos. The location was incredibly convenient, placing us within easy walking distance of many key attractions, while simultaneously providing the peace and quiet of a safe and pleasant neighbourhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend Edu's apartment to anyone seeking comfortable and well-situated accommodation. Thank you again for your hospitality, Edu!

Fantastic stay! We had an incredible time with the family. Ideal for going with children for the convenience of being literally right on the beach. A very nice, practical house with wonderful views. Everything is easy and simple with Manuela, very kind. We'll try to come back for sure!

The stay in this beautiful apartment was fantastic for us. If you have any questions, you will always be helped, the bathroom and the apartment were clean and without sand (despite the proximity to the beach). The view is great and the way to the sea is done in 2 minutes.

We had a great stay at Inés’ cosy and atmospheric place with a beautiful architectural touch. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything we needed. You are 5 minutes walk from the historic center. Three metro stations are also in walking distance. Very good communication with Inés! She is a responsible and professional host. Check-in instructions are very clear and easy to deal with. Inés kindly let us to store our luggage before check-in time as we arrived early in the morning. And also gave us helpful information about the area. Great experience! I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back:)

Just stayed at Maria’s place with all our family 6 adults and one 10 month old and this place is brilliant Super clean and well furnished and modern with everything you could need. The pool was our highlight we used it constantly The villa is also only 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and bars and nice little beach aswell. Can’t recommend it enough Thanks Maria

This place was perfect for us. A little bit of paradise. So many birds singing at dawn, lush plants and flowers, a beach for swimming in five minute walk. The pool at the house is fantastic. Totally lovely hosts.

7 of us (20 - 50year old females) have just returned from a lovely stay at this Villa and the experience was perfect. Lovely setting, lovely villa and just far enough out to be away from the madness of Benidorm but close enough to dip our toes in when we felt like it. Kevin the property manager was excellent and was on constant speed dial for taxis and everything and anything we needed. We had no issues at all and I would absoloutley return/recommend.

Welcome, the host was always attentive and with easy and fluid communication. The house was very clean and with all the necessary amenities. It is surrounded by nature, tranquility assured. Ideal for a getaway with friends or family.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

🌟 Absolutely Magical Stay in Bolulla – A Real Gem! 🌟 I stayed at this stunning villa in Bolulla, Spain last week, and it was nothing short of magical. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, but what truly takes your breath away is the view – panoramic, peaceful, and unforgettable. Waking up to those vistas each morning felt like a dream. The villa was immaculate, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every little detail was thought out, from the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen. It felt both homely and welcoming – the perfect balance. A huge thank you to Joe, the host, who was outstanding from start to finish. He was friendly, responsive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests’ experience, and it shows. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, a romantic escape, or just a serene place to unwind, this is it. I can’t wait to come back and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

Fantastic country house!! Perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the outdoor area with a pool, overlooking the mountains. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the toilets were beautiful and well cared for!! Inside the house, even in summer, it's cool. My only recommendation to travelers is to bring noise plugs as the doors of the whole house make a lot of noise and can wake you up. As well as wearing a mask because in some rooms there are skylights without curtains. It's a rural area, so don't forget the mosquito repellent! Otherwise, wonderful!

Amazing apartment, hosts extremely attentive, helpful and everything was in the apartment that you could need. My only slight minor criticism was that two of the bedrooms were clearly children’s rooms and there were toys in the living room which may be useful for some but not us. The bathroom door is also a substitute which doesn’t lend to the overall amazing-ness of the apartment. Having said those minor points do not be discouraged from booking it. The view is totally wow and possibly the best I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend it highly enough or Begoña for her welcome and friendliness. Thank you, we’ll be back.
