Holiday rentals with lake access in Wyre District

We stayed over Christmas, gorgeous house, didn’t need to use the car at all, very central location. Lyn was a great host, will definitely book again.

Great two day stay for our family of four. The place is right near Turf Moor in a clean and light area. The space is recently renovated and bright. And the host is very responsive to any needs that arise. Great stay. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay - close to Ulverston, the Priory and many places we aimed to see during our visit. Lindsay corresponded quickly. The house is very comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated as in the photos - we wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Lindsay. :)

Clean, modern and well equipped accomodation. Ideal location for exploring Lancashire/Yorkshire. The external areas do suffer from some road noise and it's not completely private. Would recommend.

The house is beautiful and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and Holly left detailed instructions on how to use everything which we appreciated. The house is beautifully decorated and we loved the garden which is very peaceful and lovely to sit in (when it's not pouring down). We also very much enjoyed the rainfall shower. The location is great, there's a supermarket within walking distance and Lytham town centre isn't far away. Thank you for a lovely and peaceful stay 😊

we stayed in Jo's place to visit Manchester with my family. the place was located in Salford quays and within walking distance to the tram station. It was also clean and tidy, and was big enough for the family.

The lodge was fabulous, really enjoyed our stay. I even picked up a couple of decor ideas. Had a lovely time feeding the ducks, swans and other wildlife, very relaxing. Shops and amenities easy to get to by car, lovely restaurants around the area. Would absolutely recommend.

This well appointed place was ideal for an extended family holiday for 6 adults and 1 grandchild. The facilities are excellent and the pack provided by the host offered great advice on what to do. The weather was relatively kind most days and there was plenty to do locally, but even when it rained, the garden room is such a lovely place to sit and watch the world and the rain go by. First class and won't hesitate to book again.

Although I had some challenges finding the lockbox to check in, the flat was absolutely stunning! It was so modern and really nicely decorated. There was plenty to do in media city and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Raya was an amazing host. After needing somewhere else to stay last minute I found Rayas place available. Raya was very responsive and we quickly made arrangements for my booking she was very helpful and was there to welcome us when we arrived and offer local information to where we could go eat and have a look around. We had everything we needed and I would happily stay again. Thanks Raya for being a great host.

The Newby Bridge River House is a charming place with a beautiful view of the river and the Swan Hotel. We loved seeing the ducks and geese. It was convenient to the bus stop and to a trail that runs up to Windermere where we caught a ferry to go further up the lake. The property is clean, cozy, and has everything you need. Andrew is an excellent host.

Lovely apartment close to train station easy access to Liverpool

Darren’s place is an Airbnb dream! Clean, neat, and super homey. I felt so comfortable the whole time. The location is great too: close to the metro station, the beach, and lots of cute cafés. Darren was an excellent host, always communicating clearly and making sure I was settled in. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Liverpool! ❤️

Incredible location, lovely place, super comfy beds, very peaceful, super clean, lake access, away from the bustling Lake District tourism but close enough when we needed it. Sally was helpful and responsive. The best Air BnB experience I’ve ever had. Worth every penny!

5* accommodation! Comfortable, elegant, quiet and clean country house with welcoming garden in a beautiful part of the countryside. Well provided kitchen, pristine decoration complemented with nice and interesting ornaments. Being there is part of the weekend break.

Lovely conversion of an old terraced cottage right by Coniston lake with water access. Very compact , especially the kitchen / diner but very well equipped . Very rural location which is lovely , however do need to drive 10 min to a pub and 20 min to a proper shop. We did a big shop on the way before we arrived so it wasn’t really an issue . Greetings walks going up the hills away from the lake also , direct from the house

Alison went above and beyond for us during our stay and put a baby gate up upstairs for us prior to pur arrival. They also put the mattress on the floor for us as at that time of booking, we didnt have a barrier for the sides of the bed so asked if we could have it on the floor instead. Alison also was responsive when we said we broke two crockery items and was understanding about this. The property was a beautiful cottage in lovely scenery and was close to lots of places to visit

Ash Barn was the most beautiful place to stay for our mid week walking trip. Simon’s place had everything you could possibly need and more. It truely felt like a home away from home. I am sure we will return very soon :)

Amazing place, just what we needed. Good selection of utensils in the kitchen. To make it even better a pair of scissors and perhaps a few more glasses would have been great. The house was generally clean but there were areas with cob webs, very heavy dust on the fan in the main bathroom and the light above the sink (just for reference to the cleaning team. It did not detract from it being a great place. Lots of travellers this week on their way to Appleby, heavy police presence. No trouble at all encountered.

Lovely place right next to the lake and in a beautiful area of Coniston surrounded by nature. Paul the host was extremely helpful and kind when we had some unexpected circumstances, I really recommend this place and the area in general, many thanks for a great stay!

Sam was very approachable and responsive to my questions. The Sewing Box was beautiful, enjoyed being in the space and its locality was perfect. We will definitely be recommending to family and friends and would visit again ourselves. Thanks Sam so much for a superb stay.

It was lovely to return to this delightful cottage, many years since our previous visit. It is even more charming than before. The cottage is so quaint and comfortable, and its position, at the end of a quiet lane, beside the nature reserve is unbeatable. And to be able to sit beside the peaceful lake, whatever time of day, is idyllic! We definitely won't wait another twenty years to return!
