The Forge cottage annex with a King Size Bed

We call this room The Forge. It is a separate annex room (albeit attached to the house) with a flagged floor perfect for anyone wanting to be away from the main house. As with all the other rooms all the luxuries are laid out for you, a beautiful bathroom with a double shower and luxury towels are ready for you. If you would like to bring your pet we would invite you to book the Forge we can guarantee some hidden treats for him or her too. A delicious breakfast awaits you in our breakfast room

Our room is ideal for couples or for single occupancy. We are 3 miles from Southport with its many restaurants and unique shopping boulevard (Lord Street) also 6 miles from Ormskirk and Edge Hill University. The golf courses of Royal Birkdale, Hillside and Formby are within easy reach. WWT Martin Mere is 3 miles away and there are numerous walks through the coastal dunes and pinewoods. Tea/coffee-making facilities are provided. If required, continental breakfast is available by arrangement.

Each room is en suite, centrally heated, and includes a flat screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. We are yards from the Promenade, Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Waterpark. Victorian house built in 1892 with some original features and high ceilings. Your bedroom is large with a private bathroom just outside your door (not en-suite). The area is quiet and parking is guaranteed. The small garden is a pleasant space with a running water pond, on sunny mornings our guests really appreciate having breakfast there.
