Shops, restaurants and the S-Bahn are within walking distance. It offers 2 bedrooms, a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a side view of the Neckar. A dining room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a daylight bathroom, Wi-Fi and TV. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 to 6 people. Parking is free at the city wall

Our house on the lake is located in the middle of the Oeltal at the source of the Bottwar. Surrounded by forest and pure nature, the house invites you perfectly to forget the stress of everyday life for a few days. The house is fully equipped with a bedroom, kitchen, air conditioning and a sauna with access to a natural pond. Fishing is also possible by arrangement in our natural pond. The Forstgut Tanzenhaid in Middle Franconia is a private property. In the middle of the beautiful forest and pond landscape of Tanzenhaid lies the manor house built in 1725. This was completely renovated in 2023 and furnished according to the latest standards as a vacation home with a lot of style and attention to detail. It can be reached via private forest paths and offers our guests peace and quiet and the experience of idyllic nature with forest, water and meadows.

Within a 10-minute walk you will find baker, butcher, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy and the lake.

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.
