Ich lebe hin und wieder selbst in der Wohnung, bin aber wenn Gäste kommen nicht da. Meine Wohnung befindet sich in einem gehobenem Wohnviertel. Privater Parkplatz am Gebäude. Gehminuten zur Innenstadt ca 20 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und Bank in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist 100 m2 groß.
