We rent our idyllic 2-room apartment in a quiet hillside location in the center of Schwäbisch Hall with private garden and old town view. You can prepare meals in the kitchen. In 5 minutes you can walk to the old town of Schwäbisch Hall. The apartment is located on a quiet street where you will also find a parking space for your car. Our friendly apartment (approx. 40 m²) offers a stroll through the design history of the 1920s to the present day. All the furniture has been lovingly restored.

The newly built, fully equipped 46 m² designer apartment in the ambiance of our historic factory building in 2023 is your Stuttgart base camp and combines a unique loft feeling with the most modern living comfort. City train, S-Bahn, bus, main road: The connection to Stuttgart city center (10 min), to the Mercedes-Benz HQ (5 min) or to the region is ideal. Premium box-spring bed, fully equipped designer kitchen, spacious window workstation and exclusive daylight bathroom.

Apartment in a central city location

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The market square (known from the Schwäbisch Hall open-air theater) and St. Michael's Church are within walking distance. Almost down the stairs and you are already there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Cozy rustic room to turn off

The flat is located at the edge of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). Perfect to unwind and unwind...

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

Stylish cozy accommodation in Poppenweiler. Ludwigsburg can be reached in 15 minutes and Stuttgart in 25 minutes. The apartment has a modern kitchen as well as free fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix for cozy evenings. The comfortable king-size box-spring bed ensures pleasant nights. For an idyllic excursion on foot or by bike, the Zugwiesen or Zipfelbachtal are 10 minutes away.

In the middle of the quiet musicians' district of Plochingen is our small and fine apartment. We have lovingly furnished it to make you feel comfortable in it.
