Living in a farmhouse

You will live on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here, there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, seating area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna are an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or horse walks can be booked.

Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Vacation in the middle of nature, mountains, forests and valleys of the Swabian Alps. Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

A quiet non-smoking apartment with separate entrance awaits you on the 2nd floor of the former distillery of the estate. Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. Idyllically quiet 2-room apartment

The apartment is newly renovated, in a quiet location on a farm and yet only about 25 minutes by car from Stuttgart-Mitte. The adjacent Milchhäusle dairy shop offers shopping. The village of Markgröningen with shopping is a 5-minute drive. The nearest train station is a 10-minute drive. As you can see in the pictures, there is also a new, fully functional kitchen with a microwave and coffee maker. We look forward to receiving your booking!
