Vacation rental Alte Siedlung 74 m²

The vacation rental is located in Midlum, a district of the municipality of Wurster Nordseeküste. About 800 m from the town center, the old settlement with 14 houses was built in the 1950s. The place is on the 2nd floor and is 74 m². Bikes can be parked in a lockable room. Due to the central location between Bremerhaven (25 km), Cuxhaven (16 km) and the proximity to the coast, e.g. Dorum Neufeld (9 km), the apartment is the ideal starting point for all day trippers.

With a large guest garden, free parking and a bicycle garage that is locked overnight. Central but quiet location in the historic center. Supermarket, ice cream parlors, restaurants and a bakery with breakfast are a few minutes' walk away. The green beach on the North Sea with an idyllic cutter harbor and the Weser bike path are about 1 km away.

You will live in a typical, lovingly restored country house, built in 1862. The apartment is located in the annex of the main house, with private access through the courtyard. The apartment is small, very cozy, bright and individual, with a terrace facing south-east. Nature lovers will be happy, because from there you have a wonderful view of the cottage garden. At Landhuus an’n Peerhamm, style, comfort, and North German ease come together. This beautifully renovated home features five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna, a modern open-plan kitchen, a cozy living area with fireplace, as well as a terrace and a large fenced garden. Ideal for families (including dogs) and friends who value quality, tranquility, and a special atmosphere. Fireworks and firecrackers are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

The cottage is ideal for a break by the sea as a couple or with your family. It is located in the holiday resort of Midlum on the Wurster North Sea coast and is located exactly between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven about 6 km from the coast. A restaurant with German cuisine and a mom-and-pop shop with daily fresh rolls are in the immediate vicinity. Other larger shopping facilities are located in the immediate neighboring villages about 4-6 km away.

The 60 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a semi-detached house and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 900 m from the sea.
