Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

This beautiful two-story loft is on the 3rd floor of an old building and was extensively renovated a few years ago. It is located in the middle of Hanover. The royal mansion gardens are only a few meters away and offer pure nature around the corner. The two trendy districts of Linden and Nordstadt are located in the immediate vicinity. Downtown is also 15 minutes walk. Life here leaves nothing to be desired. Questions will be answered via direct contact.

Romantic country

Our tranquil country house has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. It offers enough space to fully develop and enjoy the tranquility of the country. The property is shielded from view of neighbors and with its approximately 1,600 m² is large enough to have complete privacy. In the garden are seating, an outdoor bed, lots of wild flowers and a fireplace for grilling. Overall, it can be said that there was hardly a place where we ever felt more relaxed.

In the village and yet central

Our apartment is located in a two-family house in Fischbeck. It is on the 2nd floor and has a balcony. The apartment is very conveniently located for cyclists and has very good connections to Hameln. The bus runs every half hour during the week. Hanover can also be reached via the A2 or the federal highway within 45 minutes. In the village there is a good restaurant, Greek snack bar, supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor.

[H]auszeit Bad Nenndorf

Our cozy, solidly built guest house is located in a quiet residential area in the spa town of Bad Nenndorf and offers a fully equipped stay for our guests. The house is located as an annex on our property and can be used completely independently there. Downtown and the spa gardens are a 15-minute walk away. Our Romantic Wooden Lodge has been created with an eye for detail to offer you a warm and cosy atmosphere in a wonderful woodland surrounding. Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
