Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Feel at home in my cozy apartment! The 45 m² apartment is modernly decorated and fully equipped. The newly renovated apartment is located next to a riding stable near Weißenstadt, a lovely small town and only 5 minutes by car from the lake. It is very easy to reach and you can park in front of the house for free. Perfect starting point for activities (hiking, biking, skiing) in nature, spa visits, shopping, trips to the Czech Republic and more.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Hey dear guests, I am providing you with my private accommodation here. I have lovingly designed and furnished it by hand. I hope you feel just as comfortable and secure in my apartment as I do. Most of the furniture, kitchen and bathroom are original from the 60s/70s. In my apartment there are many black and white photos, Rosenthal wall plates and some Chinese prints. Our granny apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house and has a separate entrance. The fully equipped kitchen is available to the renter completely alone.
