In der Engelschanze befinden sich 2 separate Wohnungen, die aber auch als Einheit für 8-10 Personen gebucht werden können. Der große Garten kann von allen Gästen genutzt werden. Er erstreckt sich über den angrenzenden Wald, in dem sich auch eine Hängematte zur allgemeinen Nutzung befindet. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört eine eigene separate Terasse mit Ausblick.

By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

Gönn dir eine Pause und entspann dich in dieser friedlichen Oase. Das Studio ist sehr gut für Kurzzeitübernachtungen geeignet. Es liegt sehr schön in Waldnähe und eignet sich sehr gut für Wanderausflüge und der Erholung in der Natur. Bayreuth ist ca. 30 min. entfernt und lädt zum bummeln oder Kultur genießen ein. Auch sind die Luisenburgfestspiele sehr gut in ca. 15 min erreichbar. Leider ist zu beachten das das Studio nur über ein WC verfügt.

Our 68 square meter apartment is located in the porcelain city of Arzberg in the basement of a two-family house with barrier-free private access. Quiet location and approx. 10 minutes' walk to the city center of Arzberg with its historic monuments. Our area also offers numerous excursion opportunities. The beautiful Fichtel Mountains can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The Czech Republic border is only a few kilometers away.

In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. It is centrally located to many leisure activities (nature health park, barrier-free cable car to the Ochsenkopf, ski lift, toboggan run, climbing forest). My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
